Bank Of Maharashtra — 500 Rs debited from my account

Address:Prathamesh Waikar,Balwant,40/B,Anurekha housing society,behind tathawade udyan ,nav-sahyadri,karve nagar,pune-411052

Yesterday on Tuesday I went to the sbi atm and tried getting 500 rs but first transaction failed I don't no for what reason it said on the screen some error but my money was deducted from bank..
