Bank Of Maharashtra — Account opening | |||
I have a joint account in BOM at Sawarkar chowk, Aurangabad. I need to open a separate account for my spouse. For opening an account, submitted all required documents on last Thursday to the branch. The Gentleman took the papers. When my wife went next day, the lady behind the counter told that the person to whom documents were submitted is on leave and she should come when he resumes. Is there person oriented work in BOM? Is there no system to handle absenteeism of Bank employees? Persons were also seen lethargic and not willing to open new accounts.
