I had ordered iqoo 7 mobile costing 31990 Rs by Amazon online shopping App.I ordered it with exchange of my old mobile Poco X3 with exchange value 13650 Rs and I paid[protected] Rs. exchange Pickup Charge) by my bank of maharashtra debit card on 07 December 2021. On 07 December 2021 due to some reasons i cancelled my product and then amazon initiated my refund by Refund Reference number 30005413431341197822459 to my account and given expected credit date of 12 December 2021 But till date it is not updated or credited in my account. Regarding this I also called Bank of Maharashtra Customer service but they are not solving my issue and just gave me a email id and told to send all account details including refund reference number to that mail id([protected]@mahabank.co.in) and assured to get reply within 24 hours but right now it is almost 5 days gone and i didnot get any reply, I am attaching supporting screenshots with this.Please help me ASAP.
