Bank Of Maharashtra — amount debited but not credited to receiver account

Sir ' i am transferred 2000rs with the help of phone pay app. This amounts are debited by my account but not receive in receivers account. This transactions done by 7/1/2019 i all ready complaint that transaction but not any action taken by bank so pease help me to credit my amount in my account
