I did an imps transaction on 1st march 2020 for rs. 2000 to a beneficiary account (In icici bank). The amount got debited from my account (Bank of maharashtra) but did not get credited into the beneficiary's account.
It has been two days since then and still, the beneficiary account is not credited with the amount. Also, i did not receive the money back to my account. What can i do for this?

Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was booking my flight ticket then during payment transaction was failed but bank charged me with 23000 but now i want refund what should i do now?

    imps transaction status not successful

    I did imps transaction on 2nd march 1pm in which amount of 25100/- got debit from account but still not credited to other bank account. I got sms also of amount getting deducted but not credited in other bank (Hdfc). Imps status showing suspected... How to resolve to get it refunded or credited to other bank account. Already 2 days passed but issue exist....

    online banking otp never received or received late

    I am trying to transfer my money to someone who is in need. I tried bank of maharashtra online banking. I have used online banking service of many banks including national and international banks. Most of the renowned banks do online banking only with internet browser. However this is only bank i've seen which asks their account holders to install some application on computer for online banking. I did that as well. Height of hopeless attitude...

    I am getting user has been terminated. Nobody can help me. I have been emailing the branch, regional manager, all support email addresses. Nobody responds
    I called the call centre and even though i chose english, the lady spoke hindi and told me to put down and call again.

    In contact me on my cell[protected] and we can resolve this.

      Not sure how this bank won service excellence award.
      I need to bring the following to your attention. I have raised this before and looks like here was nothing done.

        My name is (Rupesh bhaskar ahire) and i had ordered (Shoes) of rs.449 (Rockfield men's running shoes black & red) in amazon on (8 october 2017) and after (14 october 2017) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (14 october 2017)
        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
        (Hsbcn[protected]) and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of maharashtra doesn't have such policy. So

          My refund hasn't arrived. It has been like 7 days. This is completely preposterous.
          Here's the email from amazon:

              Refund from amazon initiated on 14 January 2020 and the provided with refund reference number but the amount still not transfer by bank of maharashtra. I complain lot of time to costumer services and send them email too but they didn't transfer refund. Very poor and third class service by bank of maharashtra. I am very disappointed.

                  Total 1 lakh rupees lost in 2 days transaction.

                  I called customer service and they said it will take 3 working days to resolve this dispute.

                    More than ten days over refund not funded back. I have done transaction on amazon with debit card they accepted payment and money deducted from my account. But after sometime i got message of not succesful. And amazon send me message that your refund is intiated. But after contacting bank they are not giving any proper detail wheter the transaction is there or not.

                        This complaint is regarding bom vishrambag sangli branch one of the employees. I am holding the account in the branch for more than 8 years and my parents has more than 15 years. So far it was good. But since last approximately 1 year there is new lady employee joined, we are experiencing her very rude, arrogant and laud behaviour. Her communication with customers is improper and unfortunately there is no any support from branch manager who is sitting next to her. We have experienced this behaviour saveral times. I'm not sure is it because of the government job or support of branch manager. I'm sure this kind of behaviour won't be tolerated in the private banks. I don't think so informing this to the branch manager will help to solve this issue. Please take an action against the employee and branch manager too.

                                  Sub: harassment by bank regarding verification of signature on cheque.
                                  Ref: s/b account number [protected].
                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have issued cheque number 00123178 in favour of gaur green city residents welfare association for amount of rs. 4939/=. I have received a communication via sms on 26-12-19 that the signature is not matching and ultimately cheque was dishonoured by the bank. I came to your branch and requested the branch to justify the reason. It was informed that the clarity of the signature was better in earlier.
                                  It is surprising and absurd. I am using same signature in indian bank, punjab national bank, sbi and post offices accounts and have never faced with similar situation. It is a deliberate unilaterally action by the bank without any basis and valid documents. The same account was opened in my name and number of times the same signature is used. This require a proper justification.
                                  The bank must honour the cheque and make payment of my signed cheque. I may have to close all my accounts with your bank for type of harassment created.
