Amazon is done my refund process at 01 nov 2019 they told me after 5 days i will have refund in my account. But i didn't get my refund back. So i contacted customer care of bank of maharashtra they told me to mail them on [protected]@mahabank.co so i mailed them details of l my account and reference number which is given by amazon team from 6 nov but they didn't answer my any mail and everytime they just ignore my complaint on customer care service. I need to be resolve my issues as early as possible. Their mail team is so irresponsible and dumb to they didn't reply in 24 hours as they say they do. Please take strict action against bank and email team of bank of maharashtra.

      I pay online payment to amazon product by using my debit card on the date of 29/09/2019 and after payment completion. But amazon cancalled my product some reason. I got message from amzon is your refund will be transfered to your account on the date of 10/10/2019 but not recevied yet and its (11/11/19) really disappointed. I contact to amazon service centre they gave me refernce no :[726595]. Amount of my refund was 1399 rupees

      Please return my refund as soon as possible.

        debited amount from my bank account

        From 6/10/2019, my account was was debited for two to three times of ₹ 354/- without my permission every month.
        I have not done those transactions but received sms regarding transactions. Kindly look into the matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint against bank of maharashtra in rbi and will go to court and demand for compensation.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I have started a imps transfer of amount 20000 to my beneficiary account 09/11/2019 at 10:26pm but still nither beneficiary account credited the amount not refunded back to my account this was an emergency case transfer but only showing successfully initiated the transaction.
        Please take an imidiate action on the transaction as soon as possible it is emergency to transfer the amount to the beneficiary.

          Hello sir,

          My relative had taken pmry loan in year 2004 to open small grocery shop but bad luck the business not worked however they paid regular paid some amount for while but as shop was close he fails. Now one of your bank cashier who was the relative pressurizing the lady. The cashier is carrying the notice with him not sure why/ how a employee can carry a notice and visited to third persons place in night. He is pressuring the lady who took loan, and she tried to commit suicide, let me know what you can do to save her and any action against the employee. My question is it legal to follow a lady's and visit her relatives house and disturbing them and that to with cashier. Let me know if you people can help or i will go and log a police complaint

            I bought adidas flop flops from amazon and i sent it back because of some problem on 12th oct as i called amazon service i got to know that they have processed the amount on the same date that 12oct and still i have not received the money service of bank of maharashtra is not at all good it is happening for 3rd time and also there customer care never connects. Please do something

                  I have registered complaint regarding karj mafi through aaple sarkar.
                  The er office sent one written request for checking the information but i am not getting any reply from bank.

                  Every time i visit bank found bank manager unavailable. Every time i am getting answer that bank manger is in beed office.

                  Also they have blocked my account for transaction.

                                I had ordered something from amazon but unfortunately i had cancelled my ordered and apply for refund. But as per amazon references they reflect the sum of Rs1299 to my account.

                                      I ordered product of rs - 225/ from amazon &cancelled it immmidately, amazon has refunded it in my account but i didn't get reflected this amount of 225/- to my account.
                                      I called in amazon cumstomer service. And also to the cuatomer care of bank of maharashtra and send detailed about transection date, amount, refund date amount etc
                                      But i didn't get any reply from bank of maharashtra
