Undersigned is maintaining the above account jointly with my son nikhil nigam. Above mentioned cheque was issued by me in favour of him ie. Nikhil nigam & deposited at sbi, vipul khand branch, lucknow. Cheque was dis-honoured & sbi told me, connectivity issue. I asked them to represent the cheque, again & meanwhile asked bom if there was any issue. They told me, no problem. However, cheque was dishonoured again with comment to refer to drawer. My branch ie. Bom could
Not find any issue. However they deducted twice rs 300 x 2 & gst rs 54 x2.in addition to that, sbi also deducted twice for dishonoured cheque for no fault of mine. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful & why cheque was refunded with a vague comment ie. Refer to drawer. No specific remark. Please also advise your branch to refund the deducted amount.

And other transation is same online failed but amoumt 24369/ debited in bank a/c bank of mahararshtra card no is 6522 xxxx xxxx 6652 txn is[protected], 70016944,

    After that i was pay my renewal by cash in branch next 2 day after,

    So i request to please sovel my problem 24369/ amt 2 time debited in account but not renened policy system was failed, please arrage my amount return bank my nasasary account. Please needful action as soon as possible.

      I have ordered an item from Amazon for Rs 899/- on 29th September using Amazon upi. I cancelled the order on the same day. Then I received the message from Amazon that refund has been credited but it didn't get reflected in my account. I have contacted Amazon and got confirmation that the amount has been refunded .
      I contacted bank customer service and also visited the branch. Raised the complaint several times but didnt received any reply. The details for the same are as follow:-

          On 29/09/2019 i ordered something from amazon with the amount 1399 rs but later i cancelled it on the same day they have initiated the refund with the same upi reference number and the amount should be reflected in my account by 5 days but i still not received it in my bank account. I talked in amazon many times and they said the same that we have initiated the amount from our end. I complained twice in the bank but they rejected it. Please help me getting it back

            I did of rs. 7900 transition from maharashtra bank to axis bank through phonepay app.. The status of transaction showing green but the deducted amount is not credited to another bank..
            This deducted amount also qill not credited to my same bank account.. This issue has taking up from 7 days..

              Hello, my name is krushna patil. I have submitted crop loan application form against my 2 hectare land in bom pandharkawada branch after verifying the documents with bank staff. Per instructions from crop loan officer mr. Kannake, i had submitted all the loan documents to clerk mr. Yedshikar on 12th sep 2019. They do not give any confirmation receipt of document submission to anyone, thus i don't have any proof for this except bank cctv footage which bank might be having. Crop loan in-charge officer promised credit of loan amount in my joint account in couple of days which doesn't happened till date. 30th sep 2019 was the last date for crop loan dispersal. On followup about non-credit about loan amount, bank staff and manager keep saying we are still searching for your documents; they might be hidden below other documents.

              I would like to make complaint of negligence and not performing their duty well on bank manager mr. Gajbhiye, new crop loan in-charge mr. Ghotmare and clerk yedshikar. Bank manager is not available in office most of the days and bank staff treats customers very badly and never completes task on time. This is my personal and all bankers observation since last 5 yrs or more.

                        Sir,
                        I visited your branch at karjat on saturday 5th october 2019, along with my project report for seeking a business loan under msme, for my agro-farm company at karjat. When approached the manager there, without going through the application thoroughly, the manager bluntly on my face said that "i won't do your loan". On asking for the reason for not doing so, i requested him to give me the same in writing. The manager by raising his voice started arguing and asked me to get out of the branch. Without having any option i started recording the conversation, he burst out saying i will through your phone and you also out of the branch. He asked his subordinate to call the police, supporting this a video clip is attached. He also further communicated in such a way which is not acceptable from such a managerial level.

                        I am surprised and shocked by such a rude and insulting response of such a responsible senior-level person who is also the representative of bank and the first person responsible for its allied customers. It was a very disappointing and shocking feeling for me.

                        I further would like to mention that i'm an account holder of your bank in mumbai, and my mother has also allied a customer of bom for the last 38years having her salary account.

                        Sir, with this negative attitude of your employees at such a manager level, we are very disappointed with the services and such kind of attitude of bom employees.
                        Being already a customer, i first approached your bank thinking i will surely get some positive response or at least guidance from there. Such discouraging behavior of your manager of the bank will surely drop the image of your bank for which we vouched at.

                        I am a prospective business customer looking for an expansion of my start-up business.

                        I am conveying this with the expectation that your higherself will surely look into this serious issue towards good services to the customer so that at least the next person will not suffer.

                          I have ordered products from amazon on 29th sept 2019. For some reason i ahd return a few products. I cancelled 1 product on 29th sept and other two on 5th oct.
                          I didnt get money and today it is 12/1012019. From amazon, they said they have initiated the refund i should have get it by now.
                          I have the reference number provided by them.

                          I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Not only transactions suck but the service is so # to the point where you give up calling them!

                            I have my account no [protected] in bank of maharashtra saraswati bhuwan branch aurangabad i tried two times for withdraws of rs.10000/ and i get rs. 10000/ at each time from sbi atm at nageshwarwadi on date 6/08/2019 at around 9: 00 pm to 9: 15 pm when i wear to bank to up date my passbook realise that in stead of rs 20000/ withdrawal rs.40000/ had been debited from. My account on that same day. Please do the needful at earliest to resolve the problem thanks

                                    Dear sir,
                                    i am trying to reset my internet Banking Passwords request my home branch
                                    for this, but they do Not response positively since last 3-4 month,
                                    so request to look in may matter solve my problem ( last mail date in maha bank 21.0702019

                                      Dear sirs
                                      Please refer trailing mail, sent by bank of maharashtra, ghodbunder branch road to sbi ecs department.

                                      Please be noted following:

                                      1) i am suyog gadgil and i have taken home loan from bank of maharashtra in 2013 of amount 22 lacs. My home loan account number-loan account no.[protected].

                                      2) further in the month of march 2015, i repaid 2 lacs rupees in to my home loan account to reduce my emi and i got letter from bom, ghodbunder road that my emi is reduced from 21590 to 19600.
                                      3) branch manager godbunder, thane send letter to sbi, ecs to deduct 19600 from my account and my new emi amount becomes 19600 and same is deducted from 2015 to till date.

                                      4) now i was informed by new branch manager that your emi is 21590 in place 19600, i informed that several times to check record that my emi is reduced to 19600 due to repayment of 2 lacs in the month of march 2015. But he told that is not in his record.

                                      5) please refer trailing mail in that clearly visible that emi is 19600.

                                      6) also i observed that rbi has reduced intrest rate but bank has not passed on the same to my loan account. As per rbi guidelines it should be passed on to costumers.

                                      7) branch manager, mr. Saahil, ghodbunder is not ready to talk properly and not picking up call. Please took necessary action also update your date base for emi and reduced intrest rates.

                                      8) after continuous follow ups and writing letter and email still my problem not resolved, this is how your bank is dealing with constumers.

                                      9) if issue not resolved, i will raise on higher level as i am working if defence psu and i expect loyality from your bank but branch manager like mr. Sahil to be check before talking loose comments.
