Dear Sir,
This is Sravan kumar.I was withdrawn amount of Rupees 3900/- in Bank of Maharashtra ATM, BALAPUR On 04.April.2019 time 18:36 Hrs. Am not received the money from ATM but money was debited from my ICICI Savings account..At the same time am received a receipt from ATM with error response code 112 and "UNCERTAIN DISPENSE".Am already a raised a complaint wIth SR[protected] and SR[protected] in ICICI bank and In Bank of Maharastra complaint number is W[protected] but till now money was not credited to my account. Every time, when am a made a call icici customer service those are the Managers are telling it's a successful transaction But they can't telling what basis it's a successful transaction..?please solve the issue as soon as possible and take necessary action on this.almost 90 days completed...

Just am requesting please verify CC footage of ATM On my transaction date. I.e on 04.04.2019. at 18:36Hrs and provide me clear details.. Am not able to get any details from ICICI and BOM banks

    I had mail yesterday related to transaction issue i had made transaction of rs 30k to my account of bank of maharashtra ax no. [protected] to another bank account bank name sbi parli vaijnath ac no.[protected] in the name of amol dattatraya munde but amount not credited to sbi account also deducted the amount of bank of maharashtra account and till date amount not credited to sbi account and not return to bank of maharashtra

    Attached bank statement of both accounts

      I have transferred money through maha mobile imps consequently account debited the amount but still not credited beneficiary account. When i call customer care the are saying it will take 7 days now i am unable to pay my emi of car loan consequently it will take extra charge and my credit score will be decrease so it will be solve asap.

      Please do the needful.

          I am explaining the situation from starting. Please read this carefully.
          I placed an order on Amazon using BHIM UPI on 17/05/2019. One was SanDisk memory card amounting RS 379 and another was electronic speed controller amounting RS 1510. I cancelled the memory card on the same day due to some issue. And the amount of RS 379 was credited to my account on 21/05/2019. And the electronic speed controller amounting RS 1510 was also defective so I also returned the product on 24/05/2019. The Amazon company initiated the refund on 28/05/2019. Now it's almost one month I have not received the refund from the bank. The payment was done using BHIM UPI. The refund reference number given by Amazon was :[protected]. My account number is :- [protected].
          I am also attaching my passbook readings and screenshot of amazon showing that refund is initiated for your reference. Now Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            If the debit or credit card gets lost, first job of customer service is to block it not to say go to the branch and block it from there
            Such a third class service, horrible service, i will suggest not to go for bank of maharashtra, i will let you know my concern.
            My wallet was lost with my debit card, my documents, my photo, my bank of maharashtra deposit receipt and situation was like i did not had my phone with me. So i was totally helpless, i borrowed a phone from someone and immediately call their customer service, i requested them so much to block my card immediately but their customer service was like we do not have the proper application for it, our server is down and they told me to use internet banking to block the card.. And as per my thinking people rarely remember their internet banking details.

            I kept on requesting them about 15 mins but they did not helped me.. I am totally dissatisfied with your service bank of maharashtra.. I will close my account from your bank.. I don't need the third class, horrible and terrible service of yours. Guys if you are reading this understand that you have all your documents, debit cards, bank receipts and photo in your wallet and it gets lost.. Your first priority is to block it. Anything can happen.

Manager of this branch do his work sincerely and perfect. So plijj. Remove my complain. Manager give a best service. This is best manager in all branches. Aap aise manager ko samman dijiye.

                  I am writing this to dispute fraudulent on my account in the amount of in number :
                  Rs. 10, 000 and Rs. 5500
                  on 22 Jaunary 2019. I did not make these transactions.

                  I have submitted the ATM fraud complaint form to the bank on the same day of fraudulent with all the required documents.

                  On getting reply from Digital Channels Reconciliation Department of BoM to raise chargeback, I have submitted an application to the bank to raise chargeback on 30 January 2019.

                  Bank employees told me that procedure will take 90 days to complete and your money should be refunded in 90 days. But till date I didn't get any response from bank.

                  After 90 days I have visited bank then bank employees told me that my complaint form is missing and I have to submit complaint form again.

                  Please look into this matter. I appreciate your response as soon as possible.

                    I visited Bank of Maharashtra Sanjeevani Nagar branch on Monday 17 June 2019 4:00 p.m. to open my savings bank account. The lady in the window refused to open account and said to come tomorrow morning as they had some other work.
                    Earlier also I visited this branch on Saturday then also she said come on Monday.

                    The staff in this BOM branch is not doing their work sincerely and the branch manager is also busy gossiping in mobile.

                    If they are not doing their work during working hours why they should get salary for whole day.

                    If they don't want to do their work throw them out ask for their resignation.

                    Worst customer service in this bank of Maharashtra Sanjeevani Nagar branch.

                          ATM of bank of Maharashtra in Aurangabad university campus is so messey.. I literally vomitted when I was visit this ATM.. For the complaining about it.. I was searching guard but very soon I was confirmed that Noone present in the security room.it was totally disgusting thing I ever seen in bom ATM... Totally neglected ATM by brach o[censored]niversity campus Aurangabad Maharashtra... Here I posted some pictures to prove it...

                              I have done online transaction of 10000 rupees
                              Transaction is completed. Amount is debited from sender band but not credited in bank of maharashtra account till now
                              Its been 20 days completed but amount is still not received
                              Transactions after that are successfully done
                              But that money is not received at receiver's account til now
                              Please do the needful...

                              My you transection date 06/10/2018 via phone pe, payu - 5339/-, home credit emi pay regarding so this transaction is not success this is convert to charge back we are follow-up mahavan and local branch so he doing work very lazy and not solved to matters last 6 month maharaj.                                   I am miss gaytri ganesh rahangdale daughter of ganesh rahangdale is writing this mail to you with respect to amount being deducted from my father's account number-[protected] on date 24-may-2019 from your esteemed bank of goregaon branch (503).
                                  The amount of rs 18500 was deducted from the above mentioned account. The matter of fact is we did not take out the money nor did we used the atm card. The manager of the goregaon branch told us that other card is being issued by them on same account number mistakenly to other consumer. Such mistake from your branch side was not expected.

                                  We need the immediate refund of the most lost. Also i request you to take necessary actions against this misconduct by your bank personals.
                                  Due to your staffs inefficiency my family has faced a lot amount off emotional and mental harassment. So i request to take fast necessary action as soon as possible.

                                    @mahabank i have raised a complaint on 10/05/2019 on which i have got various replies not at all relevant to my query and also there is lot of confusion created intentionally, there is a big communication gap between senior employees and zonal offices. I was called prior to auction and informed that i have to log in all place bids and only if i increase bid by 10000 i shall be awarded lots but surprisingly i was awarded all
                                    Lots in which i did not increase 10000 and just logged in and placed reserve price bid.

                                    Inspire of sharing all
                                    Voice recordings to senior employees of bank they ate not resolving issues

                                    Level executives of bank including md and CEO of bank but have not received any reply from top level only reply received from branch was not at all relevant to complain and they informed that they can adopt any practice including misleading people to reduce burden of there defaulters .

                                      I cancle my order on amzon bt some issue i cancle this and now they provide me trasaction ref no bt after provide to bank of maha. Still i dint get this... Refund amount in my bank account... Lot of times i cl to coster care of bank of maha.. Bt dnt get a solution... They only told ur pro wil be solve in some days... I m in trouble... Pls help me... Evn i send al the information they asked me through email...
