I am taking gold loan from bank of maharashtra dhule main branch on feb 2012 for 36 month against gold, & in between i mat with that time's manager & told him i am unable to paid this loan due to big medical issue going with my father & mother so kindly sale the gold which had worth more than your loan.
That time staff manager cooprated & taken written application for that. After this in 2018 near by november, december mr. Kailash ahirwar sr. Branch manager main branch dhule called me (No. Is alrady with the bank beacuse my locker is also in your branch so my latest contact & address was their.) and says come & meet me outside of the office regarding some pending of your last gold loan, i mat but he didn't given any details regarding this after this he called me again & again & asking for some settelment outside of the bank for close this matter when he was not given me details of my loan & want some illegal settlement from me i avoid phone calls & meetings with them that time he was directly came to my home from dhule to nashik 160km. Without any prior information on02/02/2019 with some gunda eliminates and using rubbish language with my wife & also giving me trade, abusing language & demand rupees
For setteled the matter, after this again i go to bank & ask him details about my loan & he deniyed. After this i taken some legal action against manager.
He try to contact me by facebook by what's up he have some wrong intentions which he cleared in front of me now after this episode & i written hime more request letters regarding my loans & intrest details but he did not given till date, please give the proper justice from your end.
Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
