I payed Rs5662.78 to merchant "CITRUSPAY IGNOU" on 15 july 2017 at 22.20 hr using MasterCard Debit card ending with 7420 from my account with account no [protected] IFSC MAHB0000519. Amount deduced But payment not updated on IGNOU.
I communicated to IGNOU and they send reply that amount not released by bank with detailed email of PayU who was IGNOUs service provider for online payment.
I physically applied to branch with all details and IGNOU email print. I also have copy of receipt. But no action taken by bank.
Then I applied through government consumer helpline with complent no 741583. But bank only replied that transaction is successful. But no any details given.
So where money goes? Bank, IGNOU or PayU?

    Home lone interested is not clear when iam senction home lone amount 1400000 lakhs but bank is paid me emi 1415000 lakh than bank manager say your incurane but bank not give me any incurance documents please give me my incurance documentation. When i senction home loan bank manager say then any other charge only documentation charge and iam allerdy paid but after 06 years my account debite 3000 thousands than they say supervision charge why debit my account give me answer

      I did a transaction on 1st dec with yatra site for booking rail tickets. Transaction was reversed as tickets couldn't be booked. I checked regarding the same on 4th of december to which yatra confirmed that they have processed the refund.
      The period for transaction to complete was 7 days.
      Today its 53rd day and i have not received my refund.

      I, as needed, reported to the bank and was assured that amount shall be refunded before 45th day.
      I have filled offline application, submitted transaction ids. I have spoken to mahaconnect 3 times and submitted the details of transaction and account, details have been furnished more than 3 times through online mode as well.

      As of today, i have mailed mahaconnect, atm claim, atm_is, nodal officer pune several times (Reported it to nodal officer once).

      The number of mails has reached 26 now and yet i do not see any initiative from bank side. Every time the response i get from mahaconnect is that the mail is being forwarded to related departments. However, none of the departments have ever responded to forwarded mails.

      Its a small amount of 3343 for which a avg customer has to go through so much hassle. I feel helpless as the amount is significant for me as a student.

      Due to nature of the data, i can't post the more details of transactions here.

      Transaction day - 1st dec.
      Mode - debit card
      Refund processed update from yatra - 4th dec 2018
      My account is with bom pune city division.

      No initiative from the bank. Will the bank pay me interest on the money? What they would if I had stopped their payement of EMI?
      I opened my Maharashtra bank account at july 2018 but still not activated my account
      Today is 70th day, no reply from the bank. They keep repeating their deadline of 25 days without understanding that its already been 2months.

          I used a state bank atm machine to withdraw ₹ 10, 000/- amount but at that time machine screen got off due to power failure and cash not dispensed but debited the full amount for ₹ 10, 000/- from my a/c. I waited for 24 hours because i think it will be credited within 24 hours automatically but that not happened. I complained through staff regarding complaint no:- crm[protected] but complaint is rejected. I also complained at head office shivaji nagar pune regarding complaint grievances reference no:- r[protected] but no response yet. As well as i also visited vaktana branch to fill up atm claim form.

          I request you to investigate all the matter because of that my ₹ 10, 000/-amount not credited yet. You can also check out cctv camera where i tried to withdraw cash.

            This complaint is regarding the unprofessional behavior of executive named dipti (Dipali) working in bank of maharashtra wakad branch.

            Insident took place on 17 jan 2019.

            I went to my home branch of bom at thergaon for renewal of my atm card, due to card shortage they politely asked me to visit another branch at wakad.

            As per the instructions i went to wakad branch of bom, waited in long que more than 1:30 hours.

            Later one of the account holder at wakad branch entered the bank and asked for the atm card. Bank executive informed him that there is shortage of card and they need to provide the remaining card to the people waiting in que, the man lost his temper and started shouting. Suddenly the lady agreed to give the atm card to man of her branch without asking him to wait in que.

            Very next i was in que waiting for my number, she directly said no to hand over the card, as she was going to give it to man who came later after me.

            When i politely asked the executive she replied rudely that we need to give priority to home branch people, which is according to me very unfair. We as a account holder of bom have right to avail the facility from any of the bom branch.

            After the drama she was so arrogant and started abusing me in front of everyone and later refused to provide her name and details to make a formal complaint.

            According to me this was first worst experience of my banking.

              Sir i am saving bank account holder from

              . I have paid rs.936 on 9 june 2017 and rs.450 on 23 nov 2018 both transaction failed. Complaint many times at bank but didn't get my money back. Called bank, customer care, bhim app help center many time. Send mails too much time but didn't get money back. Want to raise complaint but link received from bank not redirecting on complaint page so fail to raise complaint. I have send mails too many time. Pl look in matter.

                  I used my atm debit card for payment of hotel bill in kgn foods, raghuleela mall vashi navi mumbai.in that hotel the bill was rs. 290/-. After using card my amount was debited from my account then shop owner say to me your amount credited in 10 to 15 days.. Last one month still amount not credited.. What should i do im complaint to customer he also not answering me

                          Unnecessarily debited cheque return charges to my saving account by the bank of maharashtra, nashik city branch, giving reason as readon no.84 of other - connectivity failure in their memo.

                          But rbi has clearly mentioned in their notification that for connectivity failure reason, bank should not debit any charges for this reason.

                          I have given my application to the bank regarding this (Reversing my cheque return charges) but still not getting response to my application.

                          What to do?

                          As I was having urgent requirement of money transfer FROM MY BOM A/C [protected] I have made a IMPS transaction of Rs. 8000/- to Hindustan petrolium SBI account [protected]A12174290 on 26 des 2018 around 9.20am. I can view the status as suspect. I am having urgent requirement of pay money now so kindly make that transaction successful ASAP.
                          I transferred the money from my account to Anjali Devi on12 December 2018 using Google Play upi transaction id is[protected] My account number [protected] Bank of Maharashtra jaigad Branch Ratnagiri Maharashtra .Transaction failed but I didn't get refund till the date.                               We using current account with 2 users. We need daily transaction limit 5 lakhs
                              But for one user it has increased and not for other one.

                                    Date of incident: 1 jan 2019
                                    The imps transfer ref no:[protected] status showed failed, but the money is debited from the account. The transaction was done via mahasecure app online. After doing the transaction, the status showed failure but after sometime received sms and email of the money debit. Beneficiary account is yet not credited 12 hours after the debit.
                                    The money is not credited in the beneficiary account as well.
                                    Expected resolution: the money should either be credited to the beneficiary account or back to my account as soon as possible.

                                        I was done 2 transaction through UPI on 24 December, 2018 at 11.05 pm and 11.20 pm repsectively of 750 Rs from Bank of Maharashtra (ACC No. [protected]) to HDFC Bank Account. At the time of transaction, transaction was failed but money was deducted from my Bank of Maharashtra account but till money not revert in my account or receiver bank account.
                                        Please help me.
