This complaint is regarding the unprofessional behavior of executive named dipti (Dipali) working in bank of maharashtra wakad branch.

Insident took place on 17 jan 2019.

upi payment failed 2 times didn't return money

amount debited from my account but not received

I used my atm debit card for payment of hotel bill in kgn foods, raghuleela mall vashi navi mumbai.in that hotel the bill was rs. 290/-. After using card my amount was debited from my account then shop owner say to me your amount credited in 10 to 15 days.. Last one month still amount not credited.. get bank of unnecessarily debited cheque return charges

not increased the transaction limit of since last 1.5 month

We are having current account in lasurne branch. Code 828.
We using current account with 2 users. We need daily transaction limit 5 lakhs
But for one user it has increased and not for other one.
We facing this problem from last 1.5 month
Every time a mail send by branch also regarding it, but not get any feedback from bank ie mahaconnect.

imps failed amount debited but beneficiary account not credited

folty charges of bank

I give application for change my mobile number in my branch latur midc and also paid charges of rs.120. Bank didducted or charged this amount but it don't change my number. I call him many times but they don't done this change and i can't meet my branch cause i am in pune. So how can you help about it. This might small corruption of the bank.

imps transfer status failed but money debited

Date of incident: 1 jan 2019
The imps transfer ref no:[protected] status showed failed, but the money is debited from the account. The transaction was done via mahasecure app online. After doing the transaction, the status showed failure but after sometime received sms and email of the money debit. Beneficiary account is yet not credited 12 hours after the debit.
The money is not credited in the beneficiary account as well.br...

regarding chip debit card

I am complaining about online transaction

I was done 2 transaction through UPI on 24 December, 2018 at 11.05 pm and 11.20 pm repsectively of 750 Rs from Bank of Maharashtra (ACC No. [protected]) to HDFC Bank Account. At the time of transaction, transaction was failed but money was deducted from my Bank of Maharashtra account but till money not revert in my account or receiver bank account.
Please help me.

Imps transfer was done on 23rd dec 2018 at 9:43 pm from my mahabank account to my axis bank account for an amount of rs. 3000/- the money did not get credited into my axis bank account but was taken out of my mahabank account.

It is almost impossible to talk to anyone in the customer service 'cause nobody picks up the phone and we are endlessly in the ivr loop, i need the money back in my account so hopefully this can happen,......

system down for more than 2 days

Branch: padmavati, pune. When i went to close my ppf account at the bank, the staff was not aware about the new ppf rule. I had to explain them and show on internet. Then when i wanted to withdraw 💰, they said system is down and they're have no idea when ll it be up again. The system was apparently down for 3 days and no one was able to withdraw their own money or do any transaction at the branch, howmuch ever urgent it was. Is that possible?...
