On 15/12/2018 saturday. I have transaction from bank of india, atm, branch shirgaon, tal. Chiplun for withdrawal of rs.4, 000/-, after transaction from atm, money was not received from bank atm but amount debited from my bank account.
Sir, i have not received rs.4000/- from bank atm. So please receive me money in my account no.[protected]

    I have account on your nerul west branch my account number is [protected].

    I tried to withdraw money of Rs 1500 from Allahabad ATM near belapur station on Friday evening but the transaction has been failed it showed that sorry server is down and I didn't got my money and amount deduced from my account.and tm

    Then I tried to complaint on customer
    are number then the Customer care number is getting always busy only one time I got my call connect and I got my request number that is 'M[protected]' then I tried calling again for my complaint number but again network issue is started

    I m really disappointed of your customer care number they are always busy.

    Today is my 5th day I didn't get my money refunded

    please help us for refunding my money.

        I have open a pension account on 17/02/18 in parnaka branch, kalyan-west but in passbook enrty it was showing that same is opened on 22/02/18. I have pointed out this said discrepancy to mahaconnect. Mohaconnect directed branch manager to resolve this minor issue & acknowledge me accordingly. But there was no response from said branch manager, so i went to see him on 15/11/18.
        He (Name wasn't displayed) responded me in hindi, as "are ye to mamulisi baat hai". I have objected for this irritant response & asked why he spoke 'are'to me as vocative in hindi. But he was not in a mood to listen me any more & called security to get me out for no legitimate reason.
        Again i complaint against him on mahaconnect.in response to this complaint he wrote me on 16/11/18 & denied the facts outrightly.
        Unless & untill he is warned for his gross misconduct & aplogize me in writting it is difficult for me to enter the said branch for any sort of transaction.

          Term deposit receipt no. 062784 dated[protected] for Rs.19639/- due on[protected] and maturity value Rs.. 21950/- in the name of shri G. Chandrasekaran and Shankari Ganeshan.
          The above deposit receipt was due for payment on[protected]. However, we could not claim the deposit amount on the due date as the receipt was misplaced at our end.

          Recently we have traced the deposit receipt and hence now we are demanding the payment of the deposit receipt. We have visited the branch in the month of august 2018 and informed the position and handed over xerox copy of the deposit receipt to enable you to verify the records as the deposit receipt is long overdue for payment.

            I requested to my home branch for converting my jandhan account to saving account before 3 months ago and i also paid 180 ruppes charges for it as per bank workers say. But after 3 months i go to the bank then the bank officers says you do not have paid money for it and it does not converted your account. And also my online transactions are also not working of my account of account no. [protected].

              I made trasaction on 28 september 2018 for adding money to paytm wallet. Money got deducted from my account but transaction was failed. And i dint get refund for the same. I followed with paytm customer care and they asked for complaint or docket number for the same.
              I am attaching my screenshots of detailed transaction history and please provide the support for generating the docket number and refunding the money.

                Mene amazon app se ek wireless headphone liya tha. Vo mene return kiya tha to uska refund amazon se 30/10/2018 is date pe refund kiya gaya hai isa ka muje mail aya tha. Lekin vo refund mere account me abhi tak aaya nahi hai to vo refund muje jald se jald mere account me jama karne ki request karta hu.                   I Akash, just came from branch of bank of Maharashtra Chatursungi S B Road, Pune. I went there to pay challan form at 2pm on 15/11/2018. But they said me now is lunch time, I requested them 2-3 times bt they didn't listened me. as I heard about RTI info that there is no lunch time for banks between 10am - 4pm and they should arrange alternative employees fr service. So i contacted customer care of BoM & aftr waited fr 10 mins they connected me to them & they also confirmed above info and asked me to raise complaint on BoM website. I m also attaching photos of no employee was present to serve. Event chief manager also absent from cabin. I m also attaching RTI info which I read on my whatsup. I hope bank will take cognizance of my concern.

                        This is reference to withdraw the dd from your kharghar branch, navi mumbai pin code 410210.

                        I applying for rs. 32, 000 dd, dated 5/11/2018. But its their is system problem and not accepting the commission amount which is again your system calculated.in this process i loosed my 1.5 hrs valuable times which is actually 10 mints work in other banks.

                        Your staff is not supported, is too delay to this type service. He dont know how to solve this problem than how are you appointed such type of employees.

                        Your bank reputation is not well, most of the customer changeover to other banks due to improper supportive system

                            The matter for difference between cb and ob was brought to the notice of bm. He advised me to give an application along with a copy of pass book. We have given the said documents. After a week time i personally meat the concerned official of bank to know where about of case. He told me to come again next week as bank closing is going on. Again i meat mr. Saz who is dealing with the matter many time latest being on 30.10.2018. He has not heard the matter and misbehaved with me. As i am an group a officer of central government and felt very bad. I am not accepting such type of behavior from the staff. I request you to kindly investigate the matter at appropriate level and advice the result. We are cling our all accounts from you jabalpur. Thanking you. Yours. C. K. Upadhyay ex.                                 I have made a imps transaction of rs. 5150/-and 28500/-from mobile app of bank of maharastra i got message of confirmation. But money was not credited so i called customer care they said we can't take your complent call us tomorrow. Now i called them they are saying it will take 7 working day after 2 days there are bank holidays the person was in need of money so i made imps and now it will take 15-20 day what is use of it.
                                When i said transfer my call to your senior he just cut my phone.
                                Help me out in this please.

                                      I have made an imps transaction from bank of maharashtra of rs. 35800/- money to my hdfc account on 2nd nov 2018. Money has been deducted from bank of maharashtra account but is not credited to my hdfc account. It's an urgent requirement. I can view the status as a suspect.

                                      Please do the required action. I am requesting for refund of the amount.

                                      On Nov 2, at around 12:45 I had a similar situation when I transferred some amount from Bank of Maharashtra to HDFC bank via IMPS, previously the transaction status was showing as suspected now its gone and it shows nothing.

                                      The home branch people told me to wait for 2 days, I have waited and even today there is no response or refund from the bank side.

                                        Maine do bar 2000 nikalne ki koshish ki lekin paise account se cut hogaye lekin muze mile nahi (Axis bank ke atm se nikle hi nahi).
