I never share my atm pin and card number with anyone else but my account was debited with rs 40000. I complained to customer care and branch manager within 3days as per rbi rule about all that unauthorized transaction. Bank identified location of transaction but didn't give my money back. Because of bad security system of bank i suffered a lot. Please return my money within 10 days as per rbi guidelines and bcsbi booklet.
Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I get my ATM pin. but forgot . [protected]@gmail.com

    Mahb0000955 - passbook printer - does not recognise bar code - waste of time and money on this facility, installed. Repeated requests, the response, what can we do. Engineer is not coming. Senior citizens, have to stand for long time, just to get passbook updated. At times, even the printer, at the counter is not working. Hope the management ensures the facilities, are fully functional. Standard replies we are looking into it, is just diverting the attention. Be more passionate about helping the customer.

      As i have already resend the mail on 16th aug 2018. But still i have not got any response from your side. Now you are creating a pressure on me to put this complaint further for any higher authorities to look in to the matter and also to close my all accounts in your bank as yours poor service is one of the major reason for the same. If my problem is not resolved in next two days then i will take a strict action as this is the last time for you. The mail already sent is in the quoted form "i hope you are doing well. I hold a bank account with the bank of maharashtra branch number # 1364.
      I had to make a transaction abroad (Canada) with the purpose of submitting tuition fees for my daughter for the academic year 2018. We had filled the form and we weren't sure what the correct way was and we asked the person on duty to assist us with the information as given on our legal documents and her documents. We had deposited the amount and filled the form but the dumb person on duty didn't even knew what a beneficiary account is? Do you expect this from a person working at your bank!!!
      The money bounced back into our accounts and we heard nothing. We had to go to the other branch, an hour away from us for the same purpose again and repeating the whole procedure. You guys don't leave any spot for the customer to leave the bank unsatisfied and he wasn't even bothered at all just because he was getting transferred to another branch.
      Wow! Right?
      Amazing job guys, the bank will go far into the heights in such a way.

      Now my daughter has to face all the circumstances with the amount still not credited into her account, not able to select her timetable on time, also falling behind in the academic year if something else comes up and me facing the loss of approximately 8000 inr due to daily cad-inr rate conversion differences.

      Shame on you guys!!!

      I did my transaction online with Townscript Company. I booked my show tickets with this Company. They didn't send me the ticket confirmation and yet Rs. 4000/- got deducted from my account. I request bank to return the amount.

        I used denit card in atm for withdrawal of money but after entering the amount i got this message on atm screen saying that transaction failed on the other hand i got message on my mobile saying that money is successfully withdrawal from bank account. After that i'm checking my bank balance daily but still i didn't got any refund of my money. It has been more than 7 days.

          I am retired staff member of this bank. I have deposits of rs 20 lack with this br i am living in ravet pune and retired from b o m akola br. I go to bom ravet br which is nearest to my house to open yuva ac of two student s which are also my relative. And his father ac is also with our b o m m g road akola br. I have submitted all documents with adhar card copy of students except rent agreement. Because they are living in flats at ravet which is his father's friend. Apartment is also nearest to branch and d y patil eng college ravet pune is also nearest to branch. But a new comer's lady officer refused to open sb account without rent agreement. They have given electric bill for address proof and also signed this ac opening form with my sb ac nobot lady officer refused to open the sb account without rent agreement. And thrown all documents on my body with loudly voice. I have done 35 years job in this bank. Please do needful and take any action if possible for this behaviour

            मैं march 2018 से लगातार हर माह बैंक of maharastra chhindwara branch जा रहा हूँ पर मेरी passbook print नहीं की जा रही है। कहा जाता है machine से print करो उसके लिए मशीन bar code मांगती है बैंक का कहना है कि bar code नहीं हैं। ऐसा पिछले 5माह यानि मार्च 18 से चल रहा है ना तो bar code लगाया जा रहा है ना ही pass book print की जा रही है। please solv my problem.

              On[protected] i tried to withdraw 3400 rs from sbi atm kasba peth, pawle chauk branch via my bank of Maharashtra debit card ..but due to some system problem money can't be dispensed by atm but my account got debited i have already lodged complain at maharashtartra bank but action is not taken complain no
              CRM[protected] please consider my problem as early as possible because its been a month and more now

                I am ravindra jangle from ghansawangi. I need education loan & submitted all documents needed for loan and also online application is also fill and submitted on vidhalaxmi portal.
                These documents submitted from one month before but still bank of mharastra ghansawangi 431209, not response to me. And also i go to bank 3-4 times but maneger said waite again one month but i need loan early. Please sir help me

                      नमस्कार सर माझ नाव विनोद वसंत देशपांडे रा, सोनाटी ता मेहकर जि बुलडाणा सर माझ करंट खाते आहे, बँक आफ महाराष्ट्र मध्ये मि काही वर्षे पुर्वी मुद्रा लोण घेतले होते आणि त्या मधे सुरळीत व्यवहार सुधा केला, त्या अनुषंगाने त्या मधे वाढ करण्या करीता प्रस्ताव दिला व तो प्रस्ताव माणे केला पण त्या, दरम्यान शाख व्यवस्थापक यांची बदली झाली, व नवीन शाख व्यवस्थखापक आले आशिष वंजारी म्हणून मि त्याण भेटुन सांगुन विचारणा केली व त्याणी मला, दोन महिन्या नंतर माझ मेडिकल ची पाहणी करूण मला शाखे मधे बोलून माझ्या कागद पत्रांची पाहणी करून माला दोन कागद पत्रे परत सांगितल,
                      ते मि लगेच दोन दिवसा मधे त्याणा दिले व हे सर्व बघून त्याणी माल सांगितल की एक लाख रूपए वाढ होईल, पण सर आजुन माझी केस पुर्ण करत नाही मि विचारणा, केली तर माल म्हणतात माझी बदली झाली नविन मॅनेजर आले कि ते करतील आसे सांगुन माला हेतु पुरस्कार फक्त त्रास देत आहेत,

                          I have a savings account no:[protected] with your bandra branch my cheque 000052 dt. 30.10.2013 for rs. 1, 00, 000/- fvg riya housing society was paid on 1.10.2013 as the society turned out to be bogus i wanted to stop payment, but the cheque was paid.. I have written letters to the branch to credit my account with the amount. But the branch is just putting me off. I have written tothe zonal managermumbai city zone, mumbaisuburb zone and chief managerho shivajinagar pune and i have proof of the same. But tilldate no reply, no apolocy from anyone and i have not recieved my funds. When i met the chief manager mr. Sudhakar he was rude and asked me for a letter again. And have said you can go ahead and complain to the ombudsman i have experienced only callousness from the bank despite they being at fault and they should have immediately refunded my money. Please kindly followup as if there is not repsonse i will be left with no option but seek help from the ombudsman,

                              मी दि.25/07/18 रोजी दुपारी 3 वाजता आपल्या ढोरेगाव शाखेत रक्कम काढण्यासाठी गेलो असता रांगेत उभा होतो.कॅशियरने 3:30 वाजले आणि RBI कडून सर्व कामकाज बंद होतात हे कारण दाखवून मला आणि इतर 10 ते 15 लोकांना परत केले.मी सांगितले की तुम्ही तुमचा आत येण्याचा दरवाजा बंद करा पण आत जे आलेले आहेत त्यांना पैसे द्या, तरी पण त्यांनी आता काही होऊ शकत नाही हे उत्तर देऊन आम्हा सगळ्यांना बाहेर जाण्यास सांगितले.आणि रोज दुपारी 2:15 ते 3:00 वाजेपर्यंत दरवाजा आणि सर्व कामकाज बंद करून जेवण करतात.ह्या सर्व बाबींची चौकशी करून योग्य कार्यवाही करावी ही विनंती.

                                I have opened an current account with bank of maharshtra @ vishrantwadi branch on 26 jun 2018 and tat for cheque was 15 days today on the morning i visited to the bank for my cheque book the answered was unbelievable

                                Sir your cheque book has not been issued again you have to fill the form and after 15 days u will receive it

                                Never ever seen this type of management in my life request you to all who are the customer of bank of maharashtra dont suggest to your colleague and friends to open account in bank of maharashtra

                                  I have a current account in your farrukhabad branch in uttar pradesh state... unforchunatly one of your bank staff his name is DIGVIJAY SINGH such a disgusting person i have ever seen...he dont have atticates how to talk with a customer,

                                  He told me lots of charges in every single transations who i had never heard... i think u should take action beside him otherwise i wll closed my all accounts frm your bank...

                                    In your atm room br yadrav no light & some time cash not available
                                    in your yadrav br atm room no light near about 20 days i have said your toll free no but they did not gave any response and he said to me you go br and told the br manager . But i have not your ordinary customer and i going to sometimes for withdraw cash

                                      A veteran defence pensioner has an ac with bom, jath branch . sangli, ac no [protected], ppo no S/C/32935/81, and has reached the age of 80 yeras on 01 jan 2017, actual date of birth, -15/07/1936, as per his records . he has already submitted the proof age to the branch and to cppc, in apr 18, but so far his enhanced pension has not been credited . please take immidiate action to credit his dues with delayed payment interest .

                                        My complaint is about Sr Branch Manager Mr Venkat with whom i have many round of discussions on EMI/Reducing of EMI's interest rate which was floating one & from last more than 4- years Bank has not reduced my EMI.Last month when i requested one of lady employee ( Don't have her name) to do needful as i was chasing with manager from long time for this.She helped me by saying to pay Rs 1000 to take request for reducing EMI.I used to give cheques for emi & last month cheque got over & i gave her one cheque for last month EMI as she said it will take some time to reduce interst rate post which i told her that i will go for ECS.On 17th Jul, 2018. i got sms of new amount installment of Rs 30, 698, which used to be Rs 34650.I was after the manager from last 2-3 years about reducing my Interest rate.However he was always bent on my over due arrears which bank has unnecessarily got accommodated due to Gap in the bank processes.
                                        Today when i was talking to him on my new amount ECS, he right away rejected saying that it is not yet done & i have to pay my old EMI only.Then when i said him that i got an sms of Rs 30678 & will be surely doing ECS for this amount.But he said that is not possible now.

                                        Dear Sir, With multiple interactions with this manager, i am now getting feeling that he is partial & don't want to give benefits of bank to Non State residents.He always argue with me & till now i didn't write to you guys thinking that may be with respect time, he will give me the benefit.I request you please go through my track record of payments & see i never default.The arrears mentioned in my account is put unnecessarily other than insurance part for which i requested bank to take it to last, may be adding one more installment.Nothing is moving for me & i am really being harnessed by Sr Manager for not passing benefits & he always bring hurdles instead of giving solution.Not sure why he is doing so...May be i don't belong to his state or not able to speak his language.
                                        I am also working as Operations Manager in IBM India -Hyderabad & are also dealing with Global clients.We stand up always for giving benefit to client what ever & where ever in terms of automation, Cost reduction & value adds.Believe me i never came across such shoe stopper manager.He has done a lot of loss to Bank as many of my friends who want to go for Home/Car loans ask me opinion, but due to his attitude, never want to refer my colleagues & friends with this person.
                                        one more query i raised with Mr Venkat that if my account is in floating interst rate, why he has not passed that benefits to me even though i was after him from more than 2-years.We all know from last 3-4 years home loan interest rate has come down considerably. I told him right now i can see by reducing my interest rate to i am getting emi benefit of more than Rs 4000 per month & if he should have listen me 3- years back, i would have got a benefit of 4000x12x3 = 1.44 lacs, however he is bent on me for paying some money which is in thousands for which my consent was never taken.

                                        Request for your help here to get my new EMI amount of Rs 30, 698 applicable
                                        so that i continue to pay bank my home loan installments with out break.
                                        I also request your leadership team provide some valuable training to Mr Venkat which will make him non partial, will learn how to deal with different type of customers & pass on benefits of Bank to clients n be client friendly irrespective of which ever he/she belongs to.Really I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH HIS ATTITUDE...So sorry to say this.
