I have opened an current account with bank of maharshtra @ vishrantwadi branch on 26 jun 2018 and tat for cheque was 15 days today on the morning i visited to the bank for my cheque book the answered was unbelievable

Sir your cheque book has not been issued again you have to fill the form and after 15 days u will receive it

Never ever seen this type of management in my life request you to all who are the customer of bank of maharashtra dont suggest to your colleague and friends to open account in bank of maharashtra

    I'm unable to receive the otp but I'm receiving the transaction message

    I'm unable to receive the otp message while doing online payment. I also went to the bank but the bank officer told that it is unexpected. But sir or madam please give me the solution which can be sort out the problem so that I can receive the otp. And Last but not the least im going to the bank from Last two months but it seems like they are playing with me . So please give me the right choice please. I'm in need of otp so that I can do...

    I have a current account in your farrukhabad branch in uttar pradesh state... unforchunatly one of your bank staff his name is DIGVIJAY SINGH such a disgusting person i have ever seen...he dont have atticates how to talk with a customer,

    He told me lots of charges in every single transations who i had never heard... i think u should take action beside him otherwise i wll closed my all accounts frm your bank...

      In your atm room br yadrav no light & some time cash not available
      in your yadrav br atm room no light near about 20 days i have said your toll free no but they did not gave any response and he said to me you go br and told the br manager . But i have not your ordinary customer and i going to sometimes for withdraw cash
      in this atm many times not available cash

        On18th July and 19th July 2019. Branch B T Kavade Road, Pune SB A/c No.[protected] FDR No.[protected] Mahalaxmi Term Deposit for Rs.13195 matured on 12th July 2018. This Deposit is kept as lien for the Locker Provided to me by the Branch.Hence I have a Xerox Copy of the same which was given by the then Officer in Charge.

        I went to the Branch for the Renewal of the Fixed Deposit and issuance of the new Receipt for Rs.16858/ ....

        A veteran defence pensioner has an ac with bom, jath branch . sangli, ac no [protected], ppo no S/C/32935/81, and has reached the age of 80 yeras on 01 jan 2017, actual date of birth, -15/07/1936, as per his records . he has already submitted the proof age to the branch and to cppc, in apr 18, but so far his enhanced pension has not been credited . please take immidiate action to credit his dues with delayed payment interest .
        Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        In my hometown branch . I will deposit 2500 rs. In cdm. But it was still not show on my bank account after give a written application on bank. Pls solve my issue as soon as possible.

          My complaint is about Sr Branch Manager Mr Venkat with whom i have many round of discussions on EMI/Reducing of EMI's interest rate which was floating one & from last more than 4- years Bank has not reduced my EMI.Last month when i requested one of lady employee ( Don't have her name) to do needful as i was chasing with manager from long time for this.She helped me by saying to pay Rs 1000 to take request for reducing EMI.I used to give cheques for emi & last month cheque got over & i gave her one cheque for last month EMI as she said it will take some time to reduce interst rate post which i told her that i will go for ECS.On 17th Jul, 2018. i got sms of new amount installment of Rs 30, 698, which used to be Rs 34650.I was after the manager from last 2-3 years about reducing my Interest rate.However he was always bent on my over due arrears which bank has unnecessarily got accommodated due to Gap in the bank processes.
          Today when i was talking to him on my new amount ECS, he right away rejected saying that it is not yet done & i have to pay my old EMI only.Then when i said him that i got an sms of Rs 30678 & will be surely doing ECS for this amount.But he said that is not possible now.

          Dear Sir, With multiple interactions with this manager, i am now getting feeling that he is partial & don't want to give benefits of bank to Non State residents.He always argue with me & till now i didn't write to you guys thinking that may be with respect time, he will give me the benefit.I request you please go through my track record of payments & see i never default.The arrears mentioned in my account is put unnecessarily other than insurance part for which i requested bank to take it to last, may be adding one more installment.Nothing is moving for me & i am really being harnessed by Sr Manager for not passing benefits & he always bring hurdles instead of giving solution.Not sure why he is doing so...May be i don't belong to his state or not able to speak his language.
          I am also working as Operations Manager in IBM India -Hyderabad & are also dealing with Global clients.We stand up always for giving benefit to client what ever & where ever in terms of automation, Cost reduction & value adds.Believe me i never came across such shoe stopper manager.He has done a lot of loss to Bank as many of my friends who want to go for Home/Car loans ask me opinion, but due to his attitude, never want to refer my colleagues & friends with this person.
          one more query i raised with Mr Venkat that if my account is in floating interst rate, why he has not passed that benefits to me even though i was after him from more than 2-years.We all know from last 3-4 years home loan interest rate has come down considerably. I told him right now i can see by reducing my interest rate to i am getting emi benefit of more than Rs 4000 per month & if he should have listen me 3- years back, i would have got a benefit of 4000x12x3 = 1.44 lacs, however he is bent on me for paying some money which is in thousands for which my consent was never taken.

          Request for your help here to get my new EMI amount of Rs 30, 698 applicable
          so that i continue to pay bank my home loan installments with out break.
          I also request your leadership team provide some valuable training to Mr Venkat which will make him non partial, will learn how to deal with different type of customers & pass on benefits of Bank to clients n be client friendly irrespective of which ever he/she belongs to.Really I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH HIS ATTITUDE...So sorry to say this.

            My money rs 4000 is not reflecting in my account. I deposited on 4th july 2018.
            And the branch manager saying that i dont khow what more time is require to the ammount will reflect the account. Please fire that manajari branch manager to improve the service. She is very ridicules person. Fire him from his job. She is not justified for his manager position.

              I got loan from office and now I want to with draw 190000 from it but the employer is refusing to give that amount.Although I have balance in my account.it is emergency situation for school admission.parel branch window no 6.the employee is saying if any customer deposit cash then only she will make the payment for me.

                Hi team, today morning when I went to Bank OF Maharashtra, patharli branch, Dombivali for my account closure, my experience was horrible. I was verbally abused saying ‘ log itni baarish me account close karne aate hai, aap future koi bhi branch me Jaoge to hum pehle se hi bolke rakhenge ki aapka account open na karke de, aapko ek application likhna Nai aata, aapko cheque likhna nai aata padhe likhe ho ya nai and they continue this rant until I left the bank

I visited to icici atm (Sacwf895) at vishuraj managal karlyalaya, kalewadi, pimpri, tried for withdraw transaction of rs.3000 with mmy bank of maharastra rupay atm card, when i'm doing transaction light goes down.                         Dear sir i am a account holder of yawat branch. And i can't withdrawal my money i go minimum 2-3 days in week but the bank worker does not respond to me and he says that come to tommorow😈. Sometime says site are closed👹. Somtimes he doing different work🤕 and not come to the actual seat position🤓.
                        No customer satisfaction from maharashtra bank specially yawat branch👿. They does not resolve atm issue on the spot.👿why it required tommorow for little issue. Why he saying to come tomorrow, come afternoon 👿. Please change those staff who not working properly because he has a shifty-eyeid.

                          Dear sir,
                          My name is dadaso tulshiram padulkar, my account branch name - bank of maharashtra, yawat branch. I have made transaction to withdraw some amount through the atm (Axis bank), (Date[protected], time-6.20pm) the amount didn't receive at that time, but amount was debited from my account. I have submitted the complaint form customer care after 24hour transaction and then application submit my yawat branch dated[protected].

                          But bank yet not credited that amount in my account.

                          The bank is always overcrowded due to less counters operational as per the requirement and need to serve better to accounts holders...Also if discussed about the same with bank employees, they respond very much rudely...
                          Some action needs to the taken for betterment of services...

                          Whenever I meet bank, bank staff always say our printer dysfunctioned. And we ask about statement they demand application for that. And call next day to get statement.

                          But we want only account entry or statement. And bank disappoint us.

But not received my any message & not credit amount in my account. Check still available in drop box & not clear in this time. This branch is so slow & not helping to customer this bank rule is no other bank timing & rule this is very cheap branch. I m not interesting in used maharashtra bank account.

                                    I am ur customer seance last 4 to 5 years. Resently our regular branch i e datta mandir branch marrge in deopur branch. Bt the staff of deopur br. Is so arrogant, there is fevretisum, f they know any person they trit him/her very politely declined n if they don't know u they trit very arrogantly. Today my husband went to branch for bank statement but the employees tried him very badly. It's so insultting that you trit us like u r doing faver for us or something else. It's not that. We r ur customers n is ur duty to provide what we want. N is there any problem so tell us in right ton n manner.
                                    U r not doing any faver on us, we kept our money n that's why ur bank is running on our funds. Trit customers like a human, u have no right to humiliate or insult them. The staf of deopur branch is so slow, they took lot of time to do the work, they even spik properly.
