Am an account holder in your bank from last 7-8 years. I am using mobile banking for doing a cashless transaction.

I am using bhim maha upi app for it.

On 9th oct 2017. I was trying to do a transaction. But on the same day, both transaction got failed. On screen it was showing transaction successful, money was debited from account also but the receiver didn't get that money.

As per process, i contact to your customer care. They told me that money will be refunded within 7 days. But still it was not get back refunded in my account. It's almost 30 days.

I was such bad experience and very hectic for customers to do follow up like this. And it was not a small amount. I was a matter of 5720/-. Back to back two transaction got failed. Disappointment for regarding your services and app technology. Because of this, i missed my two emi and fund transfer. Please take a look at as soon as possible.

I am sending a mail on each and every day but they are not providing any information.

    We have applied for education loan for diploma course (Level 5, 6) in new zealand. We have provided all the related documents to the loan by thursday i. E 02.11.2017, which was the last date for fee deposit. After facing so many problems, we have make extension for 4 days from embassy for fee deposit. Today i. E 06.11.2017 is last date for fee deposit and bm (B/o abohar), had sufficient time on 02.11.2017-06.11.2017. But he is on sanctioned planned leave on 06.11.2017. On 03.11.2017, he did not response for the same and even he knew about the holiday on 04.11.2017, 05.11.2017. We called ro, chd for asking for permitting the disbursement. But they are asking for b/o recommendation. We reached the branch at 10.00 am to know the status abount disbursememnt. But there was only one clerk in the branch. And second man reached late and refused for the same. After this harrasment by the bm and second man, carrier of the student is spoiled. Plz do needful for the same by today

    15-20 Days me mera chek clear nhi ho paa rha h or sath hi mere chek ka koi pta nhi chl paa rha h...Or sath staff ki laparwahi baratne me koi kasar nhi chhod rhe h...Agr inquiry krne pr ulte mooh jawab reply mil rha h.

I needed a bank statement, passbook update, demand draft but the bank staff giving the reason is printer is not working. from last 1 month the printer is not working just tell me what can we do tell me some solution otherwise take some serious action about the branch because all are suffering from this... are work is pending because of this silly reason

        I visited your sion branch on the 11th of october 2017. A letter to close my fathers account with all relevant details and also attested copies of pan and aadhar etc. Were submitted. The person receiving the papers was asked whether everything is complete and how long would it take to send the money in the account by neft. Was informed that the same would be done in 2 days.

        Today it is more than 15 days and on still not finding the money transferred to my account i asked my daughter to check with the sion branch, and was informed that as the person doing this is on leave the work has not been done and most probably the person will resume duty on monday and then it might get done.

        Please close this branch down if this is the way they are going to work.

        On 21st October 2017 I withdraw amount of 2000 rupees from ATM of bank of maharashtra amount is deducted from my Axis bank account but cash did't dispensed from ATM.

          My account details are as follows a/c no: [protected], name: sivaan infocom branch : masulkar colony, pimpri. Its has been more than month i had requested for cheque book, but have not received the same. M facings lot of problems as i cant make any payments.
          Even i was not able to make salary of my employees during diwali period
          Few months a go even i requested foe online banking even that was rejected for no reason. Please let me know how should i do banking if this kind of service is provided.

            I am the customer of bank of maharashtra veergaon. Officially bank time is 11am to 5 pm but our bank time is close 4.00 pm because of their staff behaviour. And staff behaviour is very rudely to every customer and i have video proof to prove this complaint.. Please i request to you sir solve this complaint

                  I got home loan in 2010 a/c no [protected] at the interest rate of rs 8.5% the in 2015 it increase up to 12.5 % without any intimation when i asked in kharadi branch then they reduced it to 8.7% after receiving application. I want to ask that you are increasing rate of interest without intimation & why you are not reducing when interest reduces un necessary i i have paid more rate of interest up to two years request you to repay me the additional amount i have paid.

                      Hello sir,
                      Yesterday i wanted to add my money in paytm wallet but due to less internet speed i got failed transaction. But money was deducted from my bank account as always i thought i would get refunded in 4-5 hours but still... And paytm also said it will refund my money but still my bank balance is not showing any thing on my bank account. Sir please help.

                        I forgot my atm pin code. Please give me directions to generate new pin by using my registered mobile number only. I am far away from my maharashtra bank branch. I do not want to visit my maharashtra bank. So i want to recover my atm pin by using my mobile only. The mobile number i have already registered to my bank account.                               I have deposited a cheque in my current account in bank of maharashtra, branch at shrigonda on 01/08/2017. But still today, after lapse of 41 days that cheque not returned or amount mentioned therein is not credited in my account.
                              Furthermore, i personally visited to branch office of the said bank 2 to 3 times, but the officers of the said bank avoided to answer by given free advice about to contact the drawee bank. Which cannot entertained me because i am not customer or account holder of the said drawee bank.
                              Sir, i have very need of money for medicle expenditure but due to delay about the said transaction i facing problem very much. So please your kindly help me.

                              Still not resolved my complaint. But by mistake i press on green mark of resolve. So please proceed on such complaint.
                              I was linked my adhar to maharashtra bank and after that kotak bank. What i do for activation of maharashtra bank aadhaar as active on npci status?
                              I updated and linked adhar with mahabank on 29 aug
                              But till it shows kotak bank.

                                After several visits to mh bank upnagar branch with application of mobile registration, no any update done by authorities and not accepted application also. Even i personally call to them as well as customer care, no any action/updation done or taken by branch authorities.

                                It is too bad experience with bank. Really feeling very very sad about this.

                                I will wait for 3 days after this message, then i will file the complaint is verses of maharashtra bank upnagar br.

                                  I have ordered One mobile from PAYTM Dated 15th August 2017. Via online net banking payment but order was failed showing in PAYTM. but my money deducted in my bank. I have sent lot of mail to Bank of Maharashtra and PAYTM no one has give the response after 20 days. When i called the bank they told me you can check with your merchant. when i called merchant they told me you can contact with your bank. i am everyday following with both the team. i am very disappointed with both the customer care. please let me suggest what should i do now.

                                        We have paid electricity bill of our company through icici bank net banking to maharashtra state electricity disribution company (Msedcl)'s account in bank of maharashtra br. Miraj a/c through imps/neft on 10th august 2017 & it was successful transactio & the amount is debited from our account immediately but your statement to msedcl does not mention any reference about payment recived from our account & hence msedcl is asking us for confirmation of our apyment. The amount paid by us is reflected in their statement but it is not indicating thet it is paid by us. I have sent tranaction message to msedcl and it agrees it is our payment & but unless the statement indicates taht it is paid by us msedl is unable to credit the same to our account & it still showing pending payment.
                                        Msedcl is contacting us for verification in this case but i do not know waht is to be done in that case.
                                        Our icici a/c no is[protected] & msedcl no is [protected] bank of maharashtra miraj branch. Transaction amount is 41530 dt.[protected]
