Sir my name is sushila devi am account holder in bank of maharastra jan dhan yojana account sir am recived my handicaped pension in my bank account but sir am very issues my pension withdarwal and my bank account manager my atm card not issued and talking answer rbi guidelines pension account holder atm not issued in rbi guidelines . So sir bank manager is true . Pls help me am problem my pension withdrawal

    Myself Serajul Haque Ansari, account holder of Padraun, Kushinagar, U.P Branch.My Account No. is [protected].My Mobile No is [protected].Yesterday I have recharged Metro Card DMRC by rupees 300 through swipe, HDFC (Date 18.01.2017, time 17:21:17, TID 41066742, IWL version 3.0.3) but transaction FAILED and CANCELLED, but amount has been deducted from my account by BOM.
    please refund amount

    i have transferred 1500rs from paytm wallet to BOM account on 27/12/2016. i got message from paytm that money is successfully transferred but still not credited in my account.
    please check my order id [protected] and BOM has given transaction id to paytm i.e 30001263626362214974956.

    please credit 1500rs in my account ASAP.

      I am sending money to bank through my paytm wallet in 31/12/2016.but my transactuon is succesfull but still money is not deducted .i complaint in paytm they was send me, Paytm has refunded 500 to your bank under order [protected] on[protected] and your bank has shared a reference number ARN or RRN No.30001263656365164559290as a prof of successful refund with us.

        The bank has debited Rs.20010/- on 11/11/16 to my account no. [protected] without my authority.
        In spite of repeated reminders, the bank is not reversing the entry. I want the bank to reverse the entry with interest from 11/11/2016 till date of reversal. It seems the debit towards mediclaim insurance premium but the amount is huge for a retired employee like me.
        I have already covered insurance through my daughter.

          My name is Dipak Ravindra Yeshi, I am the customer of your bank at branch Shirpur .I applied for net banking and debit card before 15 days .The staff of bank told me came after 3 days, i offenly visited the bank but the staff is not cooperate me and not proceed my request for net banking and debit card .
          I request them for process my request but they not accept it and they every time told me to come after 2-3 days .

          I request you to proceed my request for net banking and debit card by telling the Shirpur branch office .

            Bank of maharashtra is very poor to bank service. Such a help less person in branch & rude attitude. Because I gave a request before 1 to 2 months ago for change my mobile number. Also gave application in bank. Anyone didn't check mails and didn't give response if a/c balance is less than 1500 rs. My issue is only change mobile number [protected] to [protected] still number not changed.

              20 days later i have taken rupay card from your bank but number of times i have tried online transaction but every time due to some error by bank's server i failed to do so.number of times i visited branch but its of no use to my problem.Datsy its a kind request to look out about that error as soon as possible which will help me in future to avoid inconvience.

No [protected] i had submitted all aadhar related documents to bom (Jathar peth branch - ifsc code = mahb0000570) on 20/12/15 & also resubmitted it on 03/12/17, but bank is not responding possitively, they said they don't have time to update it as they have lot of other work saying that there is not any need of aadhar linkage to get your subsidy of lpg.

                      Hi,

                      I am Sakshi Raj hold an account in Bank of Maharashtra. Address: 301/12, Sector 9, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226022 .(Account No. [protected])

                      I have applied for net banking, Filled the net banking form along with application. I have submitted the form and did not get any user id and password.
                      When I have checked with branch employees they asked me to fill the form again. Again I have submitted the form but did not receive any response yet.
                      This two times submission of from I have done between 27th Nov 2016 to 8th Dec 2016.As within 12 days of time span I have submitted application twice.But no action has been taken on that.

                      When I have visited the branch again today[protected] they are asking me to submit the form again third time . This time I am not going to fill any form again as they had wasted lot of time of mine. This is not the way of working in a bank.This is heights of carelessness and torturing the customer. I am very much disappointed with Bank of Maharashtra now.

                      Can you please escalate this issue and provide me the net banking access.

                      I transferred money to other account from my Paytm account on 25 DEC 2016. Money deducted from my account but not transferred. Till it is not refunded.                               On[protected] at 1.30 pm i visited to bank of maharashtra of gadag branch of karnataka for collecting my current account no [protected] of bhagyodaya marketing, bank statement and i requested to your bank staff to give statement.in charge manager of gadag branch of karnataka is always giving trouble to customers.in charge manager told me to come after 4.30 pm. what he will give after business ours? what is his intention. sir i requested to close my account, for this also he told me come tomorrow. i called around 25-30 times to ho & complaint section, no one was received my call. what people like me to do like this irresponsible bank staff, and irresponsible complaint call attenders of your bank. sir what service can i expect from you.
                              Sir today whole india is giving respect to all the bank staff for giving his excellent service, but your gadag bank staff is failed to give service in banking ours. one more important to say you sir, when i am in the bank, their are only 2-3 customers in the whole bank. other staff sitting easily in his chair. i want immediate reply from your side, other wise i will go to the consumer forum.

                              From the time of demonitization atm centres of bank of maharashtra are not available for withdrawal in satara city so we have to use other atm centres but without providing proper services banks started deduction from account on use of other atm
                              So first make proper services for atm for maharashtra bank

                                Kalyan branch 575 - harrashment to saving account customers.
                                While depositing old currency notes i s/b account cassier demands a Xerox copy of PAN card and original pan card to be certified by a bank officer though timely KYC is done.
                                Manager says he has govt. Notification this regards.
                                Bank has not displayed this on notice board.
                                I have made complaint with manager to show the notification this regards.
                                Approach by bank manager and staff was not proper

                                  I Rajesh V Raikar Account no [protected] account in Bank of Maharashtra Thakurdwar bank Mumbai like to complain that bank of maharashtra has charge me for the min balance not maintain for last 9 month without imforming me via SMS or they have not call me to imform that min balance to maintan in account has increase from Rs 1000 to Rs 1500. You have to sent the SMS or to call us on mobile before increase in min balance to maintan. so refund my charge of min balance which you have deducted or i have to take necessary action if not refund. whatsever your decision send me on my email address ie [protected]@gmail.com

Jalgaon district.yesterday my two sister where deposited there account by 4000Rs. and 5500Rs. in there account and those both two account are the shcolership account, according my information the scholership account is run on the zero balance also so why the charges cut from the accounts. Please sir my economic condition is not well because of the charges me and my family is very disturb all these money was collected by the day by day earning by working in the farm please sir or madam help me to recover this money we are very disturb now we can't understand what we do please help me..
