Hi, This is to bring to your notice that the staff pof Bank of Maharashra - Mulund east branch are arrogant & unprofessional Saturday 16th May 2015 I have been to your Mulund East branch -Mithagar Rd, Sachin Society, Patil Nagar, LIC Housing Colony, Mulund East Mumbai, Maharashtra I entered the bank at 9.03 am but the cashier was still not ready with cash as she was busy in arguing with other staff .Finally she gave me cash at 9.25 am even thought there was no Que at all. Then I went to other counter to inquire as I also wanted to deposit my cheque . Being unaware of the process I politely inquired the lady where she arrogantly answered me stating that I should be aware of basic things.When I Told the that I am bothering you but please help me she started arguing with me stating that I am insane . In today's world where customer is God your employees are being rude and arrogant Customer service is awareness of needs, problems and aspirations which this branch lacks Good services make difference If your employe argue among themselves in front of customers & then with with customers .How will we customers recommend your bank. Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have pension account with Bank of Maharashtra, Parnaka branch, Kalyan-West. I have attempt to pay Rs.399/- towards airtel-recharge through my debit card on 12 Feb.2020 but transaction was failed instantly. I had represented this online, many times but instead of refunding back my Rs.399/- to my said pension account, said bank go on asking me details of transaction no.[protected], even after four months passed.

      I got an FDR made through my account in Gautam Nagar, Bhopal branch with the name of PWD (PIU) Satna on 03/04/15 for the purpose of submitting EMD in a bid organized by Public Works Deptt., Bhopal. Later I did not participate in the tender and did not represent that FDR as EMD to PWD due to certain reasons(the FDR remained in my pocket ).           A/c No:- [protected], Customer ID-[protected], Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to lodge complaint regarding the clearance of check in Bank of Maharashtra. I had deposited the cheque, vide number 222576 of SBI Civil lines, Jabalpur, dated 01/04/2015 Drawn by Post office Garha of Rs 64, 000/- towards the payments of kisan vikas patra on, 4/04/2015. This amount has started appearing in the deposite side of the ledger but with uncleared status.But to my surprise on 08/04/2015 the amount of Rs 84/- has been deducted towards cheque return charges but this cheque has not been physical return to me and on the other hand Rs 64, 000/- too has been Dr from my account. On 15/04/2015 I got sms informing that Rs 64, 000/- has been again credited into my account but cheque return charges has not yet been credit. Then the question arises that how the same cheque gets cleared aftet a week.? Instead of returning the same cheque to the customer, it has been relodged for the purpose of clearance after digesting my Rs 84/-(Which is cheque return charges). Its seems that some foul play is going on in the process of clearance and customer is being cheated and fooled. Therefore I demand that my Rs. 84/- be return to me within a weeks time, Otherwise I will lodge police complaint against Bank of Maharashtra sanjeevani Nagar Branch Jabalpur (MP) and SBI Civil Lines Branch Jabalpur for cheating and fooling the valued customer.                       Respected Sir, We, Pancharatna Beverages, are copackers of Bisleri Brand and located in Chandannagar (Pune). Since our startup in 2008, we are banking with your esteemed bank. But we are not getting proper services. Sometimes the system is not supporting or sometimes the employees do not cooperate. On 24th of March 2015, we had a worst experience and I thought we should communicate with you so that the prompt action would be ensured. We, Pancharatna Beverages, have given a cheque of Rs.20, 00, 000/- (Chq. No.:92319, Dated : 17/03/2015) to transfer the Funds to Mr. Rajendra Pandharinath Pathare (Current A/c No.:[protected]) on 17/03/2015. However the funds have not transferred till today(24/03/2015). Mr.Rajendra P. Pathare have given a cheques of Rs.15, 00, 000/- and Rs.5, 00, 000/- to his vendors assuming that the payment would be received the payment of17/03/2015. Both these cheques have been dishonoured by Bank of Maharashtra as there was insufficient balance in the account. This has resulted in great loss to Mr. Rajendra Pathare and to Pancharatna Beverages. Since the funds from Pancharatna Beverages have not transferd to Mr. Rajendra P. Pathare due to the gross negligence of the Kharadi Branch. Today (24th March 2015) we have approached the bank and asked that why the payment was not transfer on 17/03/2015, even though there was sufficient balance in the account of Pancharatna Beverages (A/c No.:[protected]).We have also noticed that the cheque was stamped as transfer but the same entry was not getting reflected on the system. Instead of accepting the mistake, the branch manager Mr. Kulkarni is arguing with the lady owner of Pancharatna Beverages. He is of the opinion that they have not done any mistake. He is still saying that "Your money is safe in your account, we have not at least transferred to any other account ". We have tried to make him understand that due to non transfer has resulted in this chaos and losses to both the parties. This has resulted in deep mental agony and distrust to the reputed bank like Bank of Maharashtra. Due to the non transfer of the funds in spite of having sufficient balance ; it has in damaged our reputation, financial loss to Mr. Rajendra P. Pathare and mentally agony to both the parties. We are of the opinion that there is no point to continue our 7 years old financial relationship with the bank. We kindly request you to enquire into this and take prompt action against the erred under information to Pancharatna Beverages. If we do not get communication within 5 days that is before 31st March 2015; we shall approach the court of law for further legal actions.                                 This is in refrence to your Bank Manager at Sec-II Shimla HP branch . Manager twice harrassed me & both incidents are as : 1. I went to your branch for Fixed deposit of Rs. 50 000 x 2 . I provide him PAN number and all necessary details . He forced to give photo copy of PAN number, though I have saving bank account in the same bank and branch since 2004 . As per my knowledge Managers force to provide photocopy of PAN is not neccessary . Due to his misbehave & errogant dealing I opted another bank for FD . 2. On 24.01.2015 I went to bank for depositing Rs 3050.00 at that time only the manager was in the baranch no one else . I gave him 3100.00, he foreced me to deposite Rs 3100.00 or provide change . I some how manage the change then he denied to accept a 50.00 Rs note which was a bit older . He suggested me to replace the note at SBI bank . He then again called the security man a told him to get the change, security man brought the change . It is a serious matter as if some incident happen in the mean time who should be held responsible . for the shake of proof you can view CCTV footage . We the whole family is valuable cutomer of your bank & such misbehave will force us to change the bank . I want manager should be instructed to correct his behave in future otherwise the matter will be forwarded to RBI for taking action against manager for misbehave . my bank acc no : [protected] Sunil kumar shukla

                                  With the reference to above subject My transaction on the dated 13.02.15 11.30 am Vaijapur Branch Tel Vaijapur Dist Aurangabda done for cash withdrawal but not received by me due to power off in ATM .After that I Submitted application regarding the same problem at the same branch But still no responds received from Bank . So Please Look this matter and revert my cash as earliest as possible

No [protected] I had submitted all AADHAR related documents to BOM (Ulawe Branch - IFSC CODE = MAHB0001674) on 17/12/13 & also resubmitted it on 21/01/15, but bank is not responding possitively, they said they don't have time to update it as they have lot of other work saying that there is not any need of AADHAR linkage to get your subsidy of LPG.

                                      Bank of maharashtra Alandi Branch Manager is not given fullfledge service to bank customer also bank working staff is above 50 ages.So not smooth working in banking any transaction. Only one window regarding cash receipts & Cash payment yet maintained.ATM Card facility is very poor. So plz note and make necessary action as earliest. Origional bank documents miss placed every time Regards
