I ordered a product from Amazon and returned it in the last month worth Rs. 4884/-
As per the refund update from Amazon there it is shown that 4884 have been refunded but in bank of Maharashtra statement it is not reflected even not in my account credited.

I was transferring money to union bank of india a/c no [protected] is the name of shivam tiwari SO ramesh tiwari registered mobile no [protected], but by mistake transferred in the state bank of india a/c no. ********700025 is the name of Prabhat Bai registered mobile no [protected]. This transfer has happened due to being registered in the same Mobile no. in two A/C.

    I have made Rs. 3990/- through UPI (Paytm) with reference no.[protected].

        I have ordered a oneplus nord smartphone on amazon and i have return it at that time. My order is returned and the amazon successfully processed my refund amount rupees 24999.00 on 28-Sep-2021.
        I am waiting for 5 business days so that the refund will initiate to my account, but it is not done yet. I have get the refund reference number- 30005412731268174282804
        from amazon.
        I am called the customer care service of the bank, but not helpful. Please help i want my refund back in account as early as possible. Thank you

          Atm transaction failed but money get debited from account.

            I have transferred money through maha mobile imps consequently account debited the amount but still not credited beneficiary account.when i call customer care the are saying it will take 7 days now i am unable to pay my loan amount consequently it will take extra charge and my credit score will be decrease so it will be solve ASAP.

            Please do the needful.

                  I ordered the product(Full Stitch All Over net Gown for Womens(Color- Peach)
                  on 11 September 2021 and price of the product was 7125/-. Order ID of the product is[protected]. I returned the product on 12 September 2021. The Amazon return ID is DMB79hnfRRMA. The refund was issued on 12 Sep 2021 of Rs 6925( 200Rs were cash back in Amazon Pay). It's been 5 days already and still my refund has not been credited. This is the reference number 267421.

                      The matter is kept pending for months by this branch.

                            Today i went to the branch of BOM situated at Indore Annapurna. I requested for a demand draft, for which i was told i had to pay a commission fee of Rs. 118/- per DD. I had 4 DD to purchase, and which brought the total to Rs. 472. I hadn't purchased DD before this, so i wasn't aware of the charges. Fast forward, to after i got back home, and looked up the charges using Online Banking, i was shocked to see that i was overcharged by 332. The service charges according to the Internet Banking were (screenshot added).

                            This is cheating on part of the branch. They're playing with the customers who rely on them for lack of better understanding.

                              I have ordered the 15.6 inches Laptop cover on :- 23June, 2021
                              Then on 29June, 2021 I requested to amazon to take return of this product.
                              The return and refund was accepted by amazon and then on 30June, 2021 the amazon delivery service collected the returned item from my resident.
                              And on 1July, 2021 they initiated the refund amount to my bank account from there end.

                              !!!But still now, I have not received the refund amount.!!!

                              For 15-20 times I called to amazon customer care.
                              But there was no support.
                              For 5-6 times I went to my bank but there was no solution.
