I am having account in Bank of Maharashtra (Jalna Branch-303).I have opened zero budget account in 2018. I was asked to banks staff to know status and negative balance of account but she(Shradha) did not give any information . I deposited the amount Rs.2200 on 30-Jan-2021 and immediately Rs.1200 was deducted from my account . Even though we asked about any negative charges or inactive status, staff refused to tell us.
I would like to request to get back our money and do the action against staff who misguide the customers.
