Amount debited but cash not received.our customer executive says my complaint rejected due to successfull atm withdraw.but actually withdraw is fail.what to do

        Hello Sir,

        I am having account in Bank of Maharashtra (Jalna Branch-303).I have opened zero budget account in 2018. I was asked to banks staff to know status and negative balance of account but she(Shradha) did not give any information . I deposited the amount Rs.2200 on 30-Jan-2021 and immediately Rs.1200 was deducted from my account . Even though we asked about any negative charges or inactive status, staff refused to tell us.

        I would like to request to get back our money and do the action against staff who misguide the customers.

        Please do needful.

            #30005410191018093730756 this is the refund reference number provided to me by amazon. They did refund but the money haven't get to my account. Please add my refund to my account.

                I made a transaction on 13/01/2021 of 11000/- from my bank of maharashtra app, transaction status success but money not credited to beneficiary account

                  I am account holder of Bank Of Maharashtra having account number [protected] .On dated 30 Dec 2020 I withdraw 10000 from sbi bank atm but money can not be withdraw from the atm and amount is deducted from my account having transaction number [protected] i already register complaint calling to bank of maharastra in toll free number but up to date money is not deposited into my account so I requested needful as soon as possible
