Misguide by Bank staff and request Refund

Hello Sir,

I am having account in Bank of Maharashtra (Jalna Branch-303).I have opened zero budget account in 2018. I was asked to banks staff to know status and negative balance of account but she(Shradha) did not give any information . I deposited the amount Rs.2200 on 30-Jan-2021 and immediately Rs.1200 was deducted from my account . Even though we asked about any negative charges or inactive status, staff refused to tell...

Refund initiated by amazon but not received

I have ordered Ikall Ik-401 Bluetooth Home Theatre system The Price was 1849INR On 15th-sep-2020 Order ID is[protected].
Then Some reason i was returned to Amazone
this product on 20th-Sep-2020 Return ID is[protected]
Then Amazon was refunded my payment successful on 6th-Sep-2020

But refund Amount was not initiate in my BOM Account...

I have done the transaction of 10000rs from BOM Bhim UPI on 6th December as transaction failed but money deducted from my account and not credited to beneficiary account as I have already raised complaint to BOM customer care but money not credited yet to my account... please help...
