Hi

I have done the transaction of 10000rs from BOM Bhim UPI on 6th December as transaction failed but money deducted from my account and not credited to beneficiary account as I have already raised complaint to BOM customer care but money not credited yet to my account... please help

      Respected sir,
      My name is Shivdayal amrute. I recently ordered a helmet from Amazon on 19th of November 2020 and then cancelled it on the 25November 2020. Amazon initiated the refund on the same day but the refund has not been reflected in my account. Amazon gave me this Refund Reference Number: 30005403310324072540591 and said to complain it to my bank.

      My name is Shivdayal amrute. I recently ordered a whisper altra clean sanitary pad from Amazon on 10th of December 2020 and then cancelled it on the 22 december 2020. Amazon initiated the refund on the same day but the refund has not been reflected in my account. Amazon gave me this Refund Reference no. 30005403530345181956307 and said to complain it to my bank.

        Hello,

        On 1st and 2nd Dec 2020, my mother had done two IMPS transactions (5000 and 4800 respectively) from her Mobile "Maha Mobile" (Bank of Maharashtra) application however that amount has not been credited to beneficiary account. In account statement, I see both amounts has been debited.

        Kindly look into this issue. Either credit both these amounts to beneficiary account or credit it to my mothers account.

        See attached snapshot for IMPS transaction reference numbers.

          Dear Sir or Madam
          I had transferred rs. 50000/- on 28/11/2020 through IMPS to the beneficiary account havi account no. xxxxxx37876 (Md Guljaar), ref.no-[protected], my account has been debited but beneficiary account has not been credited yet.
          Please take the necessary step to ither get the beneficiary account credit or my account as soon as possible.

          Your kind cooperation on this regard will be highly appreciated

                Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

                I Mr. Surendra H. Nikalje, account holder of Bank of Maharashtra, Ac no [protected].

                On the 30th of August 2019, I had done a payment of Rs. 3999/- via Google Pay whose UPI id is[protected] to Revolt motors. Since, the terms of Revolt motors were to do the KYC registration within 5 days of booking the bike, and there was no showroom available in pune, my KYC registration was not done. The reason being that the booking was cancelled and I was supposed to get the refumd for the same. The refund was initiated by Revolt motors on the 17th of March 2020. But I haven't yet received the amount. All the transactions of Revolt motors are done through Razor pay. So, the Revolt motors have provided me payment id and refund id related to razor pay transactions.

                For Razor pay,

                But still i couldn't see any refund in my bank account or in statement.

                So eventually I had a talk with Razor pay customer care service. They said that the refund is clearly done from their side. So, they have asked me to visit my bank branch and raise a Chargeback issue which will let me know where exactly my money is stuck. I request you to please look into the matter, do the needful as soon as possible and please inform me when will I get my money back via email or my contact number. Please request your digital team to look into the case and solve it as soon as possible.

                  I have used Razor pay application for a transaction. Later on i have asked for refundbof the same. Razor pay says that it is the issue of my bank. I could not find the charge back form on the website. Please help me out with the issue

                      Complaint form regarding fraudulent withdrawal of Rs. 20, 005 / - from my account by calling and texting me from [protected]/[protected]. Sir, I am writing to you in this letter that I live at the above address and according to the clothes I had ordered online for online shopping, I got a call from [protected] and they told me that your parcel will arrive by evening. I told them I had to change its size. He called me on [protected] and then he cut off the call and I got a call from [protected] and he told me that I will send you a link [protected]. Send and fill it and send the message to [protected] 2 /Even though I said that, I sent the message to them as per their instructions. Rs. 5 / - was deducted on 08/11/2020. On 09/11/2020 at 12.00 noon, 4 times in a row, he withdrew Rs. 5000 / -, he has cheated me by withdrawing Rs. However, when I found out that I was calling him, he picked up my phone at the beginning and I told him that after I had sent you a message, you had cheated me by withdrawing Rs. 20, 005 / - from my account. Please return my money to him. I humbly request you to take appropriate legal action against this person and get me justice for the fact that he has cheated me for not even picking up my phone after that.                                     On windows app of mahasecure of bank of maharashtra of my laptop when i tried the option of atm card re-pin request by using reset pin option i am getting otp on my bank registered mobile, after putting or filling that otp in otp window slot of app and further clicking on submit button in order to reset new atm card pinof rupay debit card no.652229xxxxxx8194 i am getting response as error-unable to process further. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. And or request bank to send me new atm card pin on my registered email id address registered with the bank or send new atm card pin at my bank registered residence address. And oblige. Please take up the matter at the earliest with my bank of maharashtra thakurdwar rd mumbai-400002.
