Im a customer of your bank for the past 15 years. And this is to bring to your attention about the disrespectful treatment by a lady staff in the frontdesk. I wanted to update my passbook and i went to the clerk. A lady asked me to "come here" and after updating the passbook she disrespectfully cast the it on the table. Customers will not tolerate this kind of disrespectful behaviour. She could have politely placed the book rather than just throwing the book. The staff should understand that she is not doing social service. Kindly train your staffs on how to treat the customers irrespective of age. Besides i don't want to a bom customer as i'm not happy with your customer service
