I am ur customer seance last 4 to 5 years. Resently our regular branch i e datta mandir branch marrge in deopur branch. Bt the staff of deopur br. Is so arrogant, there is fevretisum, f they know any person they trit him/her very politely declined n if they don't know u they trit very arrogantly. Today my husband went to branch for bank statement but the employees tried him very badly. It's so insultting that you trit us like u r doing faver for us or something else. It's not that. We r ur customers n is ur duty to provide what we want. N is there any problem so tell us in right ton n manner.
U r not doing any faver on us, we kept our money n that's why ur bank is running on our funds. Trit customers like a human, u have no right to humiliate or insult them. The staf of deopur branch is so slow, they took lot of time to do the work, they even spik properly. They spik like they r don't need us.
I realised that we are keeping our money with u is for this humiliation nothing else.
Because o[censored]r this atitud hardly 2%of customers are happy with you.
Kindly look in to the matter n try to solve it.
