I sudhir bhakare, having s/b account with maharashtra bank, palasiya branch indore, witnessed some fraud transactions on 7th november 2017 between 11:38 pm to 12 :00 am
This happened when i was out of indore,. I got below transaction sms on 7th nov 2017: 1 inr 10, 000 at 11:38 pm 2 inr 10, 000 at 11:38 pm following it i got 3 sms at 11:48 pm stating withdrawal limit exhausted.
I got the debit card blocked immediately by calling the customer care. Additional to that when i called the bank home branch next day i. E. On 8th nov17, ms suchita informed that she has emailed to their atm claims department with this email complaint.
I would like to dispute these transactions. I hope a quick disposition of the same in view of the rbi guidelines which states that customer has a zero liability in case of third party breach where the fault lies neither with the bank nor with the customer.
Till date we are waiting for a response from the bank but nobody has turned up.

I am using 16/2/2018 mobile banking transfer to 5900 amt union bank of india [protected] but not credit my ubi account but debit my [protected] bank of maharashtra A/C .Above 15 days but not response bank of maharashtra branch.
Plz help me
