Not sure how this bank won service excellence award.
I need to bring the following to your attention. I have raised this before and looks like here was nothing done.

I can confirm with evidence that nobody is looking or replying to those emails.
There is no service.
I have been trying to logon to my internet banking for 2 months. No help
