Bank Of Maharashtra — Locker facility only for royal customers

I visited bank of maharashtra kalina branch on cst road yesterday.
Asked the branch manager about locker facility availability.
She said that they are available.
And explained the prices that is some 6000 fd and 1100 yearly rental.

But she said with this i need to keep 3 lac to 5 lac in the account.

Then she got a call asking her centers loss making.

Turns out they are in complete loss at that center.

Now i want know are there really royal customers who have to keep 3 to 5 lac to get a locker?

Her name is Mrs. Jain

Kinldy let me know if this royal customer is true, else im heading to pune branch just to enquire.

When i told her i font have 3 lac to keep in the bank she simply said no lockers are available.

Is this how you can have a bank working?

A government bank talking royal not loyal but royal????
