As i have already resend the mail on 16th aug 2018. But still i have not got any response from your side. Now you are creating a pressure on me to put this complaint further for any higher authorities to look in to the matter and also to close my all accounts in your bank as yours poor service is one of the major reason for the same. If my problem is not resolved in next two days then i will take a strict action as this is the last time for you. The mail already sent is in the quoted form "i hope you are doing well. I hold a bank account with the bank of maharashtra branch number # 1364. I had to make a transaction abroad (Canada) with the purpose of submitting tuition fees for my daughter for the academic year 2018. We had filled the form and we weren't sure what the correct way was and we asked the person on duty to assist us with the information as given on our legal documents and her documents. We had deposited the amount and filled the form but the dumb person on duty didn't even knew what a beneficiary account is? Do you expect this from a person working at your bank!!! The money bounced back into our accounts and we heard nothing. We had to go to the other branch, an hour away from us for the same purpose again and repeating the whole procedure. You guys don't leave any spot for the customer to leave the bank unsatisfied and he wasn't even bothered at all just because he was getting transferred to another branch. Wow! Right? Amazing job guys, the bank will go far into the heights in such a way. Now my daughter has to face all the circumstances with the amount still not credited into her account, not able to select her timetable on time, also falling behind in the academic year if something else comes up and me facing the loss of approximately 8000 inr due to daily cad-inr rate conversion differences. Shame on you guys!!! I am just looking forward to close the bank account now after all this loss..." With all this look into the matter. It's a big question on your image. I did my transaction online with Townscript Company. I booked my show tickets with this Company. They didn't send me the ticket confirmation and yet Rs. 4000/- got deducted from my account. I request bank to return the amount.
