Bank Of Maharashtra — money not refunded debited in fraudulent | |||
Bank name - Bank of Maharashtra Branch - Kandivali West, Mumbai Type of Account - Savings Account number - [protected] I am writing this to dispute fraudulent on my account in the amount of in number : Rs. 10, 000 and Rs. 5500 on 22 Jaunary 2019. I did not make these transactions. I have submitted the ATM fraud complaint form to the bank on the same day of fraudulent with all the required documents. On getting reply from Digital Channels Reconciliation Department of BoM to raise chargeback, I have submitted an application to the bank to raise chargeback on 30 January 2019. Bank employees told me that procedure will take 90 days to complete and your money should be refunded in 90 days. But till date I didn't get any response from bank. After 90 days I have visited bank then bank employees told me that my complaint form is missing and I have to submit complaint form again. Please look into this matter.
