I am sb holder in ghorpadi pune.. last 3 months 340 rs deduct from my bank account... they said me that is one yojna but I didn't fill any form ... plsss can u give my money back in account

the cashier of this bank is arrogant and he doesn't have given information regarding my account available balance ...although he replied me" kaam hi kar raha hu"...also scold on one young boy in my presence and told him.."kya teri galtiya sudharne k liye baitha hu kya"...
