I Mr Sethuramanuja Perumalsamy retired from Army and having pension account with Bytco Branch Nasik Road . Account No [protected] against PPO No S-024361/2006. As per govt circular No 555 dt 04 Feb 16 i have to receive OROP in the month of Mar 2016. In the month of May 16 i went to Branck office and spoken to Manager Madam she told that nothing ion her hand everything is being controlled by Pune branch. Till it is pending my friend is also having pension account in the same branch and he received revised pension and arrears of OROP. Please look into the matter and consider the same at the earliest.

Sir
I am trying to withdrawal Amount from Ratnakar Bank ATM.
But I could not resive Amount but I got message from bank and it shown... Amount has withdrawal frm my Account.
I vesited bank on dated2/9/2016..
But bank was shut..and still amount is not refunded to my Account..
Please resolve this issue on priority.
