I beg to inform to you that i am ranjeet prasad barnwal my policy no is p/191122/01/2019/007088, that policy was renewal 17th oct 2019 thought debit card in online system unforturntly policy renwal failed but debited bank a/c amount is 24369/ bank detail is jana bank ltd txn no is[protected] debit card 6522 xxxx xxxx 3227. And other transation is same online failed but amoumt 24369/ debited in bank a/c bank of mahararshtra card no is 6522 xxxx xxxx 6652 txn is[protected], 70016944,

After that i was pay my renewal by cash in branch next 2 day after,

So i request to please sovel my problem 24369/ amt 2 time debited in account but not renened policy system was failed, please arrage my amount return bank my nasasary account. Please needful action as soon as possible.
