Bank Of Maharashtra — Payment deduction into A/C but payment not received in hand in ATM

Dear Sir, My Name Is Prasad Pradip Gaikwad, I'm User Of bank Of Maharashtra . Im Going To ATM Into Mahabank as on 01.04.2015 . I Have Request To Withdraw Money For Rs. 5500/-. But Payment Not Received & balance is deducted into my A/C, & receipt has been received into this ATM machine & They told me to Your A/C Balance is Rs.427/- only. So where are going my Money.
