Bank Of Maharashtra — payment not received

My payment is not received in my bank account. The amount price is 3500. I request you before 12 days but I can't receive it. I my payment is coming to my bank account to amazon. I request to amazon people on 4th October please transfer the amount in my bank account as soon as possible. they sent successfully. but I can't get any transaction. I contacted the bank of Maharashtra many times but they cant solve my issue. i want to know where is my amount.
