Hello, i am prashanth reddy gaddam account holder of [protected]... Im here to inform that the bank manager of bank of maharastra from balapur branch, hyderabad is very neglegent towards customers with too much attitude... I submitted a form for bank statement 3days back i didnt recieved a email r print outs till now... If i ask her she z answering in rudeway that she z busy nd will issue in a week... I dnt underatand y she takes so much time to take printouts r sending an email... Its very emergency for me to have a statement to for it.. Deduct amt from my account against maint. Charges. We have no one intimation for about this. We have faced this problem from last three month.
Also why your officer misguide us at amt deposit time. He said that no one charges apply for this account to continue.

Why bank of Maharashtra people not working or system is not capable that customer has to run in bank Everytime.
