Bank Of Maharashtra — related to the refund from amazon

I have ordered products from amazon on 29th sept 2019. For some reason i ahd return a few products. I cancelled 1 product on 29th sept and other two on 5th oct.
I didnt get money and today it is 12/1012019. From amazon, they said they have initiated the refund i should have get it by now.
I have the reference number provided by them.

I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Not only transactions suck but the service is so # to the point where you give up calling them!

I am consumer of this bank from last 6 years. My saving account no.[[protected]], I haven't got amount of Rs. 1000 which refunded back from Amazon.

I opened account in bank of Maharashtra laheri branch and also applied for ATM but till now I did not get card.
