Bank Of Maharashtra — replacing existing rupay debit card with emv chip debit card

We have received sms to surrender existing debit cards and obtain new secured emv chip debit cards before[protected]. When i approached your naupada branch for getting my rupay debit cards exchanged they have asked me to fill new forms issue of mahabank visa card. I told them that i am not asking for a visa card a fresh but surrendering my rupay debit card for exchqaning the same with emv chip debitg card s per rbi instructions, but the branch official is reluctant and wants me filll the form, there are thousands of rupay debit card holders it is the duty of the bank to reissuue the debit cards with emv chip debit cards as per rbi guidlines.

At BOM branch Goregaon Bhandara 503 bank not giving passbooks to customers since last many months and also not cooperate with customers.
