Bank Of Maharashtra — Rs 10000 deducted from my BOM account but not credited to other beneficiary account

Hi

I have done the transaction of 10000rs from BOM Bhim UPI on 6th December as transaction failed but money deducted from my account and not credited to beneficiary account as I have already raised complaint to BOM customer care but money not credited yet to my account... please help
