Bank Of Maharashtra — rude, unprofessional and bois nature of bank executive | |||
This complaint is regarding the unprofessional behavior of executive named dipti (Dipali) working in bank of maharashtra wakad branch. Insident took place on 17 jan 2019. I went to my home branch of bom at thergaon for renewal of my atm card, due to card shortage they politely asked me to visit another branch at wakad. As per the instructions i went to wakad branch of bom, waited in long que more than 1:30 hours. Later one of the account holder at wakad branch entered the bank and asked for the atm card. Bank executive informed him that there is shortage of card and they need to provide the remaining card to the people waiting in que, the man lost his temper and started shouting. Suddenly the lady agreed to give the atm card to man of her branch without asking him to wait in que. Very next i was in que waiting for my number, she directly said no to hand over the card, as she was going to give it to man who came later after me. When i politely asked the executive she replied rudely that we need to give priority to home branch people, which is according to me very unfair. We as a account holder of bom have right to avail the facility from any of the bom branch. After the drama she was so arrogant and started abusing me in front of everyone and later refused to provide her name and details to make a formal complaint.
