Bank Of Maharashtra — service charges for issue of cheque book

I have a sb account ([protected]) with your yamunanagar branch. I had submitted a cheque book requisition leaf. Since no sms was received in this regard, even after 10 days, i contacted the branch. I was told that no requisition was pending at their end and i was advised to fill in a fresh requisition. I did this in good faith and this was processed and i received a new cheque book.
Again, after 10 days, i received a sms regarding despatch of a second cheque book. My account was debited 118 towards issue of second cheque book. I was puzzled. I contacted the branch. I was told that charges would be levied if a new cheque book is issued within 3 months. Having forced me to submit a fresh requisition, the bank should not have processed my first requisition when they located it. I needed only one cheque book but 2 cheque books are thrust on me and i am penalised 118 for no fault of mine. This is very unfair and 118 needs to be credirted back to my sb acct.

My acc balance is showing 1800.13 rs but in available balance is showing 0.13 rs and when i done the balance enquiry then it is showing clearly that 1770 rs is onhold so it is my request to clear onhold balance and transfer it to my account plz

i have not received any feed back from customer support to my complaint submitted on Aug 05, 2019
