Bank Of Maharashtra — They do not issue d d without account

Dear sir,
Today i went to maharashtra bank for d d in pishore ta kannad dist aurangabad
But they reject my application saying that my account is not in that bank

Is bank account essential for demand draft?
When i request them giving dd by cash payment they clearly reject it
Is thid right?
This is very irritating sir
Please solve my problem

Sir, mi bank madhe cheque takun aaj 8 diwas jhalet ajunhi majha cheque clear jhalela nahi jar tumhi proper work karu shakat nahit tar branch ka open karta

My bank accounts branch nandanwan Nagpur there work is not proper n able cheque this is my second complaint
