Bank Of Maharashtra — third class horrible terrible service. | |||
If the debit or credit card gets lost, first job of customer service is to block it not to say go to the branch and block it from there Such a third class service, horrible service, i will suggest not to go for bank of maharashtra, i will let you know my concern. My wallet was lost with my debit card, my documents, my photo, my bank of maharashtra deposit receipt and situation was like i did not had my phone with me. So i was totally helpless, i borrowed a phone from someone and immediately call their customer service, i requested them so much to block my card immediately but their customer service was like we do not have the proper application for it, our server is down and they told me to use internet banking to block the card.. And as per my thinking people rarely remember their internet banking details. Associate's name : ankita And her team manager's name : sridevi I kept on requesting them about 15 mins but they did not helped me.. I am totally dissatisfied with your service bank of maharashtra.. I will close my account from your bank.. I don't need the third class, horrible and terrible service of yours. Guys if you are reading this understand that you have all your documents, debit cards, bank receipts and photo in your wallet and it gets lost.. Your first priority is to block it.
