Bank Of Maharashtra — transaction failed but money was deducted

I have purchased a product from a shop 23 Nov and used my bom atm card for paying the money, the transaction showed as failed but i have received a message on my cell phone saying money is deducted from my account.i had called the customer care and was told it will get resolved at the earliest but there has been no refund as yet .kindly refund the amount ASAP.
