Bank Of Maharashtra — Transaction Refund not initiated in my account

Address:106, Ganj Peth, Pune 411042.

I have placed a Returned for my order on Amazon, they have initiated the refund, but I did not received my refund from Bank of Maharashtra bank, i visit the Branch, they didn't responded... So please help me to get out of this ASAP! The Amount was Rs. 580, and the reference number is HSBCN[protected].
