Bankbazaar — bank bazaar - fraud

Hi all,

I recently encountered a fraud with bank bazaar, as i am enquiring about one of the credit card on their website. As they asked for my documents (Salary slip, adahar card etc.) as per requisite to get me the offer i am eligible to. I uploaded the same, but when they called me to get my permission to go ahead and submit the application, i clearly asked them not to proceed. Also i suggested them not to call me regarding this, as i am only going to call them in case i need that/or some other card.

And guess what, they submitted my credit card application to the bank without my consensus. Very next day, bank guys called me regarding my signatures on some of the related forms, i mentioned them clearly that i did not submitted the application, and it was bank bazaar you intentionally did that with out my permission. I asked bank not to proceed with the application.

Now the final surprise, i got an email from the bank that "thanks for applying with us but we are rejecting your application", as this can be a potential problem for me in future for other financial activities and cibil history. I asked bank bazaar to help me out with this, and get this mess clear for me from the bank side. They even accept their mistake on the "customer care" call.

I am spending my valuable time each and every day with them to get it clear, also raised one consumer court compliant against them, but not luck!

I am working with consumer court to get this thing clear, so that it should not harm me in future, but a request to all of you who reading this, please please please don't simply upload your personal document etc. On bank bazaar, their are high chances that they will miss-used them for their benefits to just increase their sale target etc.
