I have sent so many mails to bankbazaar to delete my acount. But they are not responding, after requesting to delete my acount iam getting too many mails regarding cibil score check.

Iam not using bankbazaar acount and not useful to me anymore. When your service is useful i will come back and create an acount. Please don't lose trust from consumers, beacause i have sent so many mails. I am requesting you to kindly delete my acount. My ID : [protected]@outlook.com.

I have applied for home loan transfer on 16 Jul, 2018 and it got disbursed. Now I am paying the EMI regarding that. Still I have not received the amazon gift card of worth 5000.00 INR which I was supposed to receive. I have sent many emails to customer care cell but no resolution provided till date.
Sir I don't have taking loan from this company they are showing giving personal loan please enquiry to this company

    I contacted bank bazzar for a loan yesterday i. E. 01/11/2018 and they directed me towards getting it from citibank and asked me to upload some documents for verification. I replied to that i will do it today i. E. 02/11/2018 before 15:00hrs but before that i received multiple email and call asking to upload them which i declined as i was missing on my 3 months salary slip, i requested the gentlemen to call me today which he did. I apologised to the person telling him that my lease agreement is not available and will do it later when i have it with me, to which he turned very rude and i had to disconnect the call.
    I got a call again today at 18:25 hrs from the same number [protected] (Chennai) but this time its was a different person. When i explained the next person about his colleague be asked for an apology. I calmed down and asked him to call me tomorrow afternoon till the time i will find my rent agreement. Now, this person declined my rent agreement and said citibank doesn't entertain rent agreement (Contradicting statements from both representative) and at the end i had to disconnect his call by saying i am not interested and i will take my business somewhere else.in total since yesterday i have received 7 calls for the same.

          He called me for to transfer my loan from HDFC to Axis and i clearly told him there will be pre-closure charges. and i given letter to him.
          He processed my loan without informing me. i lost 35, 000 due to this.
          more over his way of taking is very vulgar and nasty.

          He is saying, he will beat me if i call him again about this loan.

          Please remove him or take action on him

            I applied a personal. loan in Bank Bazar through HDFC bank and the amount is 60k and it is approved but its not finished disbursement and actually i applied some emergency purpose...

              I have been working in bankbazaar and there was some issue with internal process and they say that i have done the mistake and they terminated me immediately. There is no warning, cap1 or cap2. It's direct termination. I have always been the spoke person in the company as i speak what is right. Due to people inside bankbazaar and taking the advantage of their position they have terminated me even with out warning. They are the worst company. Higher authority decides to remove me and it happens immediately. The mistake which they that i have done has been done by many in the process. If the mistake is too big which costs him his job then why others are spared. It is completely planned. I don't want to take the names but that's not good. Look at your position and respect your position.

                Home loan applied on 25 the june, loan disbursement done on august 3rd.
                Since bank didn't update disbursement date to bank bazar, when enquired through my mail dated august 24, then only bb contacted bank and disbursement dated updated on 5th of september, now time lines to reach voucher to customer is 15 day maximum. Now i didn't understand there is lot of delays, missing communication between bb and bank.
                Still there is no chance that bb is unable to provide voucher immidiately, or in few days.
                Why bb have right to delay processing a loan, but voucher dept still have right to serve customer with time limit up to 15 days.
                This is sense less thing.
                When i complained through customer service, even escalation manager stella is also on same words (15 days for voucher dept).
                You are blamming bank that it is not updating information timely, but u will ample of time to serve customer (Even there is lot of delay from loan application date to actual disbursement and to update this information to bb).
                I understand i need to update other customers what really happening at bb.

                  I am Anusha, I had applied for home loan and my loan got disbursed on June 23rd 2018. I received it but my promised vouchers are not given on time. After vigorous follow ups they mailed me Amazon coupons but the same is invalid. I have mailed them this query but they are not responding at all. I called them but they says please give us more time. It's been more than a month, I'm waiting for vouchers. Whoever is reading this email, Please do not use Bankbazaar in future. I have informed all my friends about this and made them aware of this fraud. Bloody Bankbazaar Team. Foolish customers and getting businesses.

                    I have applied SIMPLY click credit card.My CIBIL score is very excellent and after submitted necessary proofs I received message that as per SBI norms unable to grant credit card for you.

                    Note: From my side everything perfect and even though when I asked for rejected reason they are not answered properly.Worst response of Bank Bazaar and seems Identity seeking and cheating.

                      I want to share with bank bazaar management and other customers to beware of bank bazaar lies..

                      Bank bazaar is yet to share the Amazon voucher with me as per their commitment and assurance on applying credit card through bank bazaar.

                      This is extremely shameful that sincelast 10 days I have been chasing rude and arrogant bank bazaar officials for my free amazon voucher.
                      They took all personal details like PAN, AAdhar, bank details, salary details and said CC from Indus Ind is approved and will receive call from bank. I never received any call and it is already more than a week. I think this is fraud site to gather all details and misuse in some form. Fraudsters

                        In this website wrong information is dispalying. sbi ppf account rats shows 8.7% while on sbi website it is 7.6%
                        While applying for credit card they confirmed Rs 750 amazon gift card but no response to any contacts for the amazon gift card post CC approval. even CC approval and card receipt required some escalation to get their customer support team to respond. Pathetic. simply ban this bankbazaar.com

                              This is very critical issue. It involves great financial risk when someone get into your financial information and that's what these financial portals are doing nowadays.

                              I've not used bank bazaar portal neither did i provide any details to them and yet they've generated my credit report. That's free but that's not the case, the issue is that how did they manage to get into my financial data. My god, i'm shocked when i see their email telling me that there's a free credit report ready for you. Shocking, isn't it!!! They're not a reliable source so don't feed your personal and financial information on their site.

                              I've got an issue with experian who was generating my credit reports since last few months and that was for paisa bazaar and i've told them to stop it right away. I got their confirmation too that they'll stop it but look here now they've generated my credit reports not only for the paisa bazaar but they've done it for bank bazaar too. Shocking. They have done it without my request or consent. This is a serious breach in to the financial information.

                              Bank bazaar customer services are worst. They're telling that it's experian who has generated the report but they're speechless when i asked them that i've received it from bankbazaar email dl. They've no answer to it.

                              Don't trust this experian credit report services and paisabazaar and bankbazaar portals. They're dangerous to our personal and financial information. They can generate our credit reports without our consent so what else they can't do.

                              Their customer support is worst so if we trapped in such issues then they'll not be able to support is in resolving the issues. They're worst in customer service.

                                    Do not purchase any insurance from bankbazar. They are cheaters. Bankbazar executive riaze cheated me on buying car insurance twice... Not helping me on cancelking one policy.. Bankbazar is totaly fraud conpany... I going to loadge conplaint in consumer court if this issue not resolved soon.

                                    Executive team ll not tell clear abt product, first they cheat you on the product by conviencing you n then if you the product... There wont be anything which is promised during you buying the product... For me they added voluntery deductable discount for insueance without telling me if i offer this every claim i need to pay 17 thousand from pocket... Due to this i re purchased new policiy... But they not helping me to cancel the old policy amt 24000+

                                      I have applied for personal loan through you in tata capital - application id[protected]. - on 30th october

                                      The response from the bank is very slow, they initially confirmed that they will finish all the process and approve in two days, and it was upto this week,

                                      Executive from tata capital called me and received all the documents, finally today they are calling me and informing (Demanding) that they can able to provide less the amount that i have asked,

                                      Whatever my eligibility criteria, first my loan amount it was fixed by bank bazaar ream and the tata capital also accepted that, later after ten days they are demanding and said cant able to process.

                                      This is totally a cheating work, getting all my personal details and documents and simply saying sorry for the inconvenience.

                                      First i want a quick response from any team and to delete all my documents from the bank bazaar and tata capital system database immediately, otherwise i will surely take this matter legally.
                                      I am getting promotional messages on my mobile number even when I have never visited Bankbazaar website and neither have anything to do with Bankbazaar.This has become headache since it started.I therefore want Bankbazaar to remove my number from their system and unsubscribe my mobile number.

                                        I applied for a loan through bank bazaar two weeks ago for 70, 000 inr and you guys kept calling me for document submission and i did promptly upload all the requested documents. I received a message on oct 30, 2017 that my loan was approved and the the bank rep will call me shortly for disbursement of the amount. As of today, nov 6, 2017. I still don't have any call from hdfc bank nor an update from bank bazaar regarding the final status of the loan. I had a deadline, so i chose the fast track with you guys. My deadline is in 24 hours and i don't have any update or money. Very bad service from bank bazaar and hdfc bank

                                          I had applied for a credit card (Application id ​#[protected]) through bank bazaar during which i was promised a 750 rupees amazon voucher. My application got through, have received the credit card and used it as well but still no voucher from the bank bazaar team. Inspite of multiple emails i have got vague responses like it's under process without a definitive date of receipt for the voucher. All of this has happened over a month now, not pleased with service and false claims made.

                                            I have applied for a sbi simply click credit card. Today morning around 9:34 am, i have got an approval sms from bh-sbicard written as credit card has been approved and will reach you in 7 working days.

                                            After that from morning i am getting several proposal calls from several financial service provider to purchase card protection plan. But i had not applied for any other services in bankbazar.com. So i would like to know whether this kind of harassment should stop in india.

                                            Following are the numbers from which i am getting the calls.
                                            Corporation bank one assist proposal maker:[protected] at 2.17pm on 25/09/2017.

                                            I applied personal loan in icici thru bankbazzar all documents collected verification done, laon also apprvoved in term Bank Transfer but still i didnt get any amount from ICICI side so kindly check & revert.

                                              The complete story was a lie and they fooled and harrased me. They initially showed a lot of interest and then took all initiatives till i have submitted by docs, after that their time line was given to me was one day but that one day never happened and this support people never communicated the right thight all of them were so fake and diplomatic. Specially the whats app support the guy whose name is satish, please be aware of him as he is a big liar and if you are in real need trust me you should visit bank directlyas bank hardly priotise this mediums, its simply waste of time and harrasement. I hope this information be some help to you and do not been through the same pace i have been : (

                                                I had applied for standard chartered bank credit card through bank bazzar and they had promised 750 amazon gift voucher. I have received credit card
                                                But still bank bazzar customer care says my application is under the process because they issue voucher after successful application

                                                I have sent lot of chain mails but they do not respond and only say we have escalated this to the concerned department
                                                I have already sent photo of my card also to them but also there is no use
                                                Their application is nice but they do not have professionalism if they dont have money to fulfill the commitment they should withdraw this offer
                                                I am extremely surprised that these fraud companies exists in india

                                                Hi I have called up bank Bazzar team and after followup the realized the problem they have followed up dedicatedly and they have sent voucher on priority yesterday only and i have added the balance in Amazon pay to check the authenticity I appreciate team members who took my complaint seriously and acted upon it Thank You

                                                  Hi fake/farud team,

                                                  I would like to share one of my worst to wprst first and the last experience with bank bazaar.
                                                  Few days back i logged in to bankbazaar and thought to apply for a personal loan as i was in need.
                                                  But dint complete the application at that spot for xyz reason, and then i received a call from bank bazaar to apply for the loan & i said fine go ahead.
                                                  There was this lady on the phone whose name i dont remember and she asked me for the information what all was required for the loan and informed me that i ll be receing a confirmation call after.
                                                  Which i actually did where in on that call there was this guy and confirmed me with all the details in his tone which were fine untill i dint see my information on the website.
                                                  And imagine wat can be expected out of that application that all of my infiormation from name to my addresses as well all the reference that i had given, i was shocked after looking at my application form
                                                  That after spelling word to word, alphabet to alphabet how can i person write such wrong things.
                                                  So i emailed them asking to get a call back and i received a call back the another day but couldnot talk cz i was in the hospital and i asked the lady to call me back in an hour as i am in hospital and its urgent.
                                                  She said ok and imagine i never recieved a call back... Wwwwwwooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

                                                  The biggest news is now, i now then called bank bazaar and some chitra received the call, only person whose name i remember.
                                                  I informed her everything about what i am going through and what she tells me can you imagine that application has been sent to the bank already and they have rejected the application as per their norms and when i
                                                  Asked about what norms, she is not aware offf... Wwwwwooooooooowwww!!! Nice job done

                                                  N over that i wasted hell lot of my time explaining her how can they reject it when the application hasnpt gone to them but as per her application had been gone to the bank and with all the wrong information they checked
                                                  Pan adn only the resident area pincode juz to verify... Isn't it logical..

                                                  I really asked this lady to use her mind if you guys are sending a wrong application with all the information wrong in it with what i have in pan card with comparison, even my name, so very obvious any bank would reject it.
                                                  Bank is not god who ll get to know my address and my other details juz with my pan or so called my residence pincode.

                                                  But you know that lady dint use her mind and dint even try to hear me what i am actually saying.

                                                  She was only on one thing that ban can check everything with pan card and pincode... Anything else doesntmatter to them...

                                                  And over and above as per the bank bazaar people my application went to the bank and has been rejected where in i never received any msg or email or any call from the hdfc bank for the same.
                                                  And when i check the hdfc website to track the application with my name or mobile number it doesnot show any records.
                                                  As well on the bankbazaar application it shows the status as in process where in only my mobile number got verified.. Seee

                                                  This is the case of total fraud and playing around with costumer feelings, trust and requirment.
                                                  Who would trust such people who are actually making fun of your time and doesnt even respect there work.

                                                  Juz cz of this for bank, i can be a fraud cz on behaf of me bank bazaar is sending wrong/fraudelent information to the bank that can actually create a trouble for me a big time.

                                                  Please people i request you not to use ban bazaar or to even check their website or trust them..

                                                  Please...!!!

                                                  I hope there would be an action taken to them.

                                                    I have applied the credit card, under which they promised to provided the amazon, MobiKwik &a gadget360 gift vouchers. Firstly they took 1month to give amazon & MobiKwik voucher & refuse to give gadget360 (as they made the wrong commitment). Now when I'm using MobiKwik & amazon voucher, so both seems fake as the invalid on there respective website. Now this online website customer care saying please contact to bankbazar. Bankbazar is making fool by saying please contact to amazon & MobiKwik. This is really really fraud by bank bazar.. I hate this website making fake promises.

                                                      Dear Sir,

                                                      I purchased online health insurance policy of New India Assurance co. ltd thru bank bazaar on 03/03/2017.
                                                      and received soft copy of insurance docs thru email . now i would like to know the status of my health card . I was informed by bank bazaar agent that original docs and health card will be received by courier to my home address within 4 days.

                                                      but today when I called the customer care i.c nia.[protected]@newindia.co.in of New India assurance Surat branch office (which is mentioned on my policy) he is denying that I will not get any card or original Documents, and also they are telling that your TPA is mentioned wrong from his side . It has to be MD India i/o Heritage Health .

                                                      Now you are requested to kindly look the matter and clear the issue .Also Pl. arrange to provide my health insurance card as early as possible

                                                          I have applied through their site for credit card due to numerous mails they sent and flooded my mailbox where they clearly mentioned regarding paytm cashback . .
                                                          I have received my credit card after two weeks after applying . So i further asked them about coupan to which they replied as below

                                                          "Thanks for contacting the Bankbazaar.com.

                                                          The Request for the BMS voucher is under process and we will be sending the gift voucher details at the earliest . "

                                                          The same response they are sending me for 2 month continuosly till today . Now it seems they made false promises and completely fraud .

                                                          !!! SIMPLY AVOID THEM !!! rather apply for credit card directly from bank site, they provide much better deals .
