Bankbazaar — close my account and delete all my details

Inspite of multiple emails why are they not closing my account?
I want my account to be closed and all my personal details to be deleted. I want a confirmation on the same. There is no option on the website to delete my account.
I dont want my credit score to be checked every now and then. All the pan details and my bank statements to be removed.
