Please help me out as Bank Bazaar has screwed up my cibil score by opening two loan applications for the same loan they offered through IDFC. They promised instant disbursal but have been waiting since 2nd for the first application and since 10th for the second applicatn. I've been receiving blank calls since then. Abruptly disconnecting the calls of mine when asked the reason for them calling me when i have provided all the documents. Please if someone could approach me to know more details as i have recordings as well. I even asked them to cancel both the applications but they send same copy paste dialogues we are looking at your case on priority etc etc etc.
