[Resolved]  Bank Of India — DELAY IN REFUND OF FAILED DEBIT CARD SWIPING TRANSACTION

Sir,
I used my debit card of Bank Of India to buy a food at a restaurant of Rs 200 at the Sudama Hotel Pune(MH) ,one swiping transaction was failed
again the second swiping also failed
and the third time also swiping failed
so,I swiped it again fourth and last time and Rs 800 on a total got deducted from my account on[protected], I asked the bank customer care about the refund of the failed transaction,he described that it will be refunded as early as possible but now it is around 80 days from the transaction date money is not yet refunded


My Bank Acc no [protected] and bank details BANK OF INDIA,SAGAR Branch,HOUSE NO.90,GUJARATI BAZAR.

This is the Grievance Acknowledgement and Reference No. is : ANK02621296.


So, I request you to help in refunding of my money as early as possible
