[Resolved]  IDBI Bank Ltd. — PAN Number missing on 16A Form

I had invested in IDBI FLEXIBONDS - 12 for 6 bonds. My Folio Nos for the same was 12IFBD1271343 & 12IFBD1271344 both the folios were for 3 bonds each. On maturity I received 2 cheque's dated 15th March 2009. I have also received FORM NO 16A for both the folios . As my PAN Number is not reflected on the given FORM-16A, I am unable to claim the tax deduced on both the documents. My Pan No is AAFPF5222L , I am attaching the copy of my Pan Card for your reference. Requesting you to update my Pan No in the given FORM-16A and send me a updated FORM-16A. The updated FORM-16A will help me to claim the Tax Amount deduction in my Tax Return. Requesting you to send the revised FORM-16A and oblige, for which I will be highly thankful.
