Once a money goes into they're accounts, you're not gonna get it back even if they dont deliver goods, they'll offer you take something else in place of what you ordered but never refund you, not until you get a lawyer, send a legal notice, take it to consumer court, report for financial fraud, cyber crime and such, they'll most of the time just decline your calls, never respond to whatsapp enquiries, never respond to emails after taking your money, you'll not get it back not until law enforcement steps in, very predatory policy. Even after i proceeded legally i was told you think you're scaring us? We'll also file a case, do what you want. I got spoken to rudely, yelled at so badly by a lady. Even after the police report she warned me to first withdraw the complaint and only then refund, yelled!
