in a meeting this morning, the risk department made a presentation of
complaints from customers and or clients of the bank who have been
embarrassed by these mails.

we, barclays bank plc, adopted this measure in a bid to put our clients
and or customers at alert over internet frauds and other cyber crimes
that might use the name of our bank to defraud unsuspecting victims. It
is never intended to discourage your resolve to complete your
transactions with our bank but designed to guard and guide you
accordingly. However, it has been our practice to also send a counter
email from same fraud unit to redirect the client accordingly.

we understand how embarrassing this might be to a new customer in
particular, and we are very sorry for such unforeseen embarrassment.

you are by this email encouraged to go about your normal transactions
with the bank as we have noted in our system all your transaction
references. We shall forward them to the fraud unit henceforth to
prevent them from sending such other emails to you. Furthermore,
concerning your csa, this account should be handled under the purview
of the bank. It is not a regular business account (Rba). Hence, it can
only be handled at the bank"s directives and not by any agent or agents
as may be nominated by the customer. We also understand your resolve to
effect transfer of the total costs of the instrument (Usd84million)
directly to the provider"s account, yes you can do that but it must be
at the appropriate time and stage as contained in the doa. We operate
under the programmed procedural formalities as the doa dictates.

If you are what you claim to be, address all 3 cases of mine to close successfully. The ball is still in your court for Euro 20.250 Billion worth of cases which shall be followed by another billions but not at the cost of my clients funds to be paid to any unknown person to run behind him. If you want the client to come to london bank to deposit the funds, they are ready. Mr. Watson waited for your reply for weeks long before he failed to get any response or reply for a solution.

Dear Mr. Hosker,

The CSA Account opening as was sent by me on behalf of my client Horng International to the Provider & the bank, the bank has responded with an email to my client as a fraud.

I submit my unconditional apology for the error of marking the mail to the bank as the contract duly says that none should contact the bank before issuance and hence the risk department deemed my email as a fraud.

It was not my intention to circumvent you or create any confusion for the bank but to act on behalf of my client for a speedy action.

I once again submit my apology for the mistake.

Request you to please accept my apology and issue the CSA details of my client directly asap.
