[Resolved]  Bata India — Hush puppies shoes purchased on 20.07.2023

I, Omjeet Kumar resided at Faridabad, Haryana have bought Hush Puppies Shoes on 20.07.2023 at the shop located at Cannaught Place, New Delhi (Bill of the digital copy was not downloaded and now link has expired). The shoes were torn within 60 days but due to crisis of time I was not able to go designated shop for exchange. I went there in early November 2023, wherein it was intimated that 90 days' time for exchange has been lapsed and nothing will be done at the shop. It was further advised to raise a query with customer care of Bata India. Meanwhile my father got detected with Cancer (proof if required, I'll produce). Due to treatment, I was not able to file query/complaint on time. Now I am filing my complaint. You are requested to kindly exchange or direct the retail shop to repair the shoes immediately. I have faith in Bata so that I am writing this email. Kindly resolve my issue.
