I placed an order on Bata online on Nov 10 2025 for three pairs of shoes. Full payment was made. No acknowledgement came. Only the delivery agent contacted, as and when the items were shipped.
Two items were delivered. One item is still not delivered item no3019866. Though I have emailed them on Nov 23, there is no response.
The item costs Rs 769. If they cannot deliver it, they should at least refund the amount, and communicate...

At the time, while I was receiving my order on August 8, 2025, by mistake, I made a payment to Bata India Ltd. directly, And within few minutes I contacted them regarding the issue and even emailed them the payment proof but Ticket ID- 1235446 I have not received the refund yet and it has been a month. It's very frustrating. In the past few weeks, I have contacted them at least 5 times, but every time it's the same, please wait for 2 days...

I have purchased Hush Puppies Men TAYLOR Slip ON Shoes through Amazon E-Commerce platform on 27.05.2023. On 12.06.2023 I found that the stitching on the top surface of the R side shoe is tearing and coming out. I have complained this to Bata India customer care on 16.06.2023 and they said that this issue has to be highlighted to Amazon company only. And they have sent a Email to me regarding this.
